Szlak Dziedzictwa Dzielnicy Church-Wellesley

Church-Wellesley Village is Toronto's gay neighbourhood, centred on Church Street between Carlton and Bloor, with the Church and Wellesley intersection at its heart. It has been the centre of the city's queer bars, cafés and community groups since the late 1970s and early 1980s, and it is the focus of Pride Toronto each June. A self-guided walk takes under an hour. Landmarks include the 519 Community Centre, the Toronto AIDS Memorial in Barbara Hall Park beside it, and the rainbow crosswalks at Church and Wellesley. Wellesley subway station is a block west. Go in the evening if you want the bars open as well.
