Prime location, they had a really cool decoration for the World Cup ⚽️ the rooms AC is really hard to figure out. The pool is great

The hotel is centrally located. It's highly frequented, offers a variety of restaurants and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is professional and friendly.

Our daughter suffered a severe trauma accident and was transferred to SickKids from Northern Ontario. SickKids recommended this hotel to us. We have had to come to Toronto weekly this month of May for our daughter’s surgeries and appointments at SickKids. We have been staying at this hotel 5 times by next week, and will need to continuously be coming this month. This place has a play area, a pool and is just a short walk to SickKids. They provide a patient rate when you give them a note provided to you by SickKids social workers. This hotel will be our go-to for the foreseeable future. The only things I would recommend is updating rooms with air conditioning and that this hotel could provide a free breakfast for families with children attending SickKids (providing proof via certified note from SickKids Social Worker/staff). This would help relieve families from stress and worry. I might even ask for this on our next visit this coming week.

$550 a night in June 2026. The air conditioning didn’t work as well as expected, leaving the room warmer than ideal and making sleep a bit challenging at times. Thankfully, the staff offered a fan, which helped partly solve the issue.

Great location, reasonable rate. Many thanks to Farhana, she is super kind and efficient, i left an item in the room and went nack after i checked out, she provided immediate help and I truly appreciate that! ❤️ will choose Chelsea again next time. 👍
