Holiday Inn Express & Suites Windsor East – Lakeshore by IHG

Perfect location and great staff, service!

this place is ultra clean and the friendly service is beyond great. Breakfast is more than adequate for a Holiday Inn express. Very quiet room even tho I was on the second floor close to the ice machine. The room safe was an nice unexpected amenity. Free parking too! The only reason I’m giving it one less star is because the beds are really squishy. I’m a stomach sleeper so it hurt my back. The blackout curtains are also not blackout. I had to mess with them about five times to get them to completely shut in the middle and they still leaked out all around the edges a lot.

We stayed here over the winter and had a great stay! Rooms were clean, pool was reasonably warm and very clean, and there are stores and food within walking distance. The breakfast was good and topped up often, with plenty of seating space in the dining area. Overall, a great stay.

The staff were so kind and had a positive attitude. It was nice to see people who actually enjoyed working at their jobs. A shoutout goes out to the staff Victoria! She was so sweet and made sure we were enjoying our breakfast.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Lakeshore for one night during a business trip, and it was a great experience. Located about 20 minutes outside Windsor, it’s in a convenient area with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. A special thanks to Stacy, who assisted us throughout our stay. She was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making everything seamless from our early check-in to our late check-out. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed. I also appreciated the walk-in shower, which I prefer over a bathtub. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I’d definitely choose this property again on my next trip to Windsor.
