Canad Inns Destination Centre Polo Park

The Inn was a great place to stay. Affordable. Clean and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast special in the moring was delicious. They have great coffee.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in Winnipeg to date! I’m not a Karen nor a complainer… I much rather leave positive feedback back on establishments all around, but their lack of customer service is completely outrages! I waited 20 to 25 mins for my drink and as the server was completely focused on another table, the friend I was with ended getting up and getting our drinks that took the unpleasantly looking young man 10mins to pour! Our server was a completely unprofessional and nothing but attitude towards us. I will NEVER go into another canad inns as long as I’m breathing and will make sure to always point out more professional establishments than ones looking for comfort! Complete let down and ruined my night with such gross attitude! If you don’t like your job then go somewhere you will do no harm to the public. You don’t know what we go through in our days as we don’t know what you go through, but unfortunately for both of us, you CHOSE to work in public service and you sir get paid to make my day a bit easier as I get paid to handle a lot of stressful situations with a smile. You don’t know if I’m a paramedic looking for a relaxful, respectful evening to unwinded the long hours or maybe a firefighter that saw things you could never imagine… or maybe I just lost a loved one and need somewhere to drowned my sorrow… or maybe I’m just retired looking for a spot to chill and spend my money…The difference is, I do mine better! Don’t shit on a strangers day because you think you’re something better… thanks for the worst service in my 42 years of breathing! And this falls solely on the management team as a whole! Maybe stop flirting with the clients and coworkers and focus more on building a relationship with the community that supports your establishment! Care about how your the experiences your employees are tampering us with!!! Professionalism is out the window with you guys at Canad inns

I would like to take a moment to recognize Bhagdeep at Canad Inns Polo Park Destination Centre. Every time my family and I stay here, she consistently goes above and beyond to make our experience comfortable and welcoming. Bhagdeep is incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely supportive, she truly makes you feel valued as a guest. Our stays here have always been a pleasure, and a big part of that is because of the positive environment she helps create. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and treats guests with such care and respect. Thank you, Bhagdeep, for your outstanding service. You make Canad Inns feel like a home away from home for our family!

It's okay, nothing fancy.

Clean. Family friendly. Good food. NO SLEEP. NO SLEEP. NO SLEEP. I came here to sleep. Got put in a room near the elevator. Door isn't sound dampening AT ALL. You can hear a pin drop at 5 am outside your door. Not to mention the 20 kids every morning as their parents go to check out. Hotel is old, rooms walls/floor/ceiling is concrete, making the room quite quiet....until someone walks by in the hallway, then it echos through your room like a loudspeaker. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP! Did I mention the mattress was so hard it felt like a brick. Brutal experience.

Worst hotel I've stayed at. Can hear pipes creaking and banging in the walls all throughout the night. Hallways are loud. Police were a few doors down with some sort of forensic team taking photos.

Got upgraded for free and was awesome. Cool pool

Canad Inns Destination Centre Polo Park offers a spacious environment and a convenient location, especially for visitors looking to stay near shopping and key areas of the city. The rooms and common areas are fairly large, which is a definite advantage. However, the overall cleanliness of the facility does not meet expected standards. Some areas appear overlooked, and more attention to detail in housekeeping would significantly improve the experience. While the amenities and space are commendable, improving cleanliness and consistency in maintenance would make this a much more comfortable and appealing stay.
