CHN Hotel Monterrey Centro

Clean, spacious, and in a great location; after searching for a thousand options, this was the best.

A good place to rest if you're visiting Monterrey. Fair price for what they offer. A very quiet area.

Good hotel if you plan to stay a few days. A week is a bit long, but nice.

Clean, nice hotel with hot water, well located near the center and main access roads, delicious restaurant, excellent waiter service, parking, and a store across the street. The price isn't bad, a little more expensive than average, but it's worth it.

Why am I giving it a low rating? We stayed here for a business trip and the experience was terrible. There were cockroaches, and the smell of insecticide in the elevators and hallways was overwhelming, to the point of irritating our throats. I understand they're trying to control the infestation, but there's clearly a serious hygiene and maintenance problem. It's definitely not a comfortable or pleasant place to stay.
