It's very expensive for what it is; everything in the rooms is old and the carpet is dirty.

The rooms are great for relaxing. Cleanliness, security, everything is excellent.

Travo Hotel Terrible logistics and organization. Overcrowded in every way, especially the air conditioning system. The lack of staff for preventative maintenance is evident, and it's clear they prioritize selling a poor product over a good experience. It's understood that the decision to sell everything isn't made by the front-line staff, but by management or higher-ups. Cockroaches, bad internet, terrible air conditioning… honestly, one only stays there out of necessity. Hopefully, the management and upper management will give their lower-level staff the opportunity to improve these aspects. The cleaning service, however, was good and punctual.

Poor service, very incompetent, especially the reception staff. Completely unprofessional. They have too many guests and don't have the capacity to accommodate them.

Good place to rest

There's no hot water at night, customer service is completely incapable of resolving issues, it's incredibly noisy in the mornings, definitely not suitable for families, lots of suspicious men inside and outside the building, and the parking is incredibly confusing because it's shared with another hotel. In short, the worst place we've stayed in Monterrey.
