Alexandria Pride Fair

Alexandria Pride Fair is the City of Alexandria's own Pride celebration, organised with the city's LGBTQIA+ Task Force. It is a free afternoon fair with community and health stalls, local businesses, performers and family activities rather than a parade.
The 2025 fair was held at Market Square in Old Town on 28 June. In 2026 it moved to John Carlyle Square Park (825 John Carlyle Street, Carlyle) on Saturday 27 June, 2 to 6pm, a short walk from the King St–Old Town Metro. The 2027 date had not been announced at the time of writing; past fairs fell on the last Saturday of June, the week after Capital Pride in DC. Check alexandriava.gov/lgbtq for the announcement.
