The Bell Athens by Kasa

10/10! The downstairs common area is self serve and stocked with everything you need, and the espresso was delicious. My room had high vaulted ceilings, blackout curtains, and the patio is a lovely added touch. The interior decor was so tasteful and clean. I was so pleased with my stay here.

Stellar from start to finish. The property manager Neil is kind, knowledgeable and on top of things. Not a single detail has been overlooked at the Bell and it’s truly a special property. Highly recommend the 3rd floor suite.

We had a fabulous time staying at The Bell Hotel in Athens! After seeing it recommended through a mutual friend online I knew it would be a great and convenient option for a Thursday night stay after a concert at the Georgia Theatre. The communication from Kasa was consistent and impressive. We loved our room and all the beautiful details throughout the space - everything was clean and organized! We will absolutely be recommending The Bell to friends and plan to stay again in the near future!

This hotel is beautiful. However if you’re going to run a contactless business you should find a better route to conflict resolution than calling your guests and accusing them of smoking pot in your rooms. I was headed to dinner for Valentines Day when someone called, representing the hotel, and said a strong smell of marijuanna was reported coming from my room. The only person on the premises we encountered was a cleaning lady so I assume it was her who reported us. Suffice to say; neither of us were smoking. I believe hotel staff entered our room to be sure of this. I later got a text apologizing for the mistake. There has to be a better way to handle your customers than ruining their special night by accusing them of doing something illegal and being 100% wrong.

Great boutique hotel. Superb, personal service! Rooms were great! Right in the middle of downtown. Will definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! Very comfortable with a wonderful location. Roooms were well appointed and rooftop terrace was a nice place to relax. We will definitely return!

We had a lovely stay at The Bell hotel in Athens, Georgia. Charming hotel - the rooms were full of thoughtful details to make our stay comfortable. Such a cute place and convenient location. We will be back.

We stayed at The Bell for parents weekend and had a great stay. The hotel has fabulous interiors with thoughtful amenities (snacks, drinks, steamer, excellent hairdryer, great linens). It is perfectly located downtown with easy walks to restaurants, etc. It has a cute space in the lobby to hangout if it is too cold for the rooftop space. Loved it!

I really want to leave a good review but The Bell is lacking in too many ways. First-the entire stay is managed through what appears to be an AI Bot that texts you throughout your stay. I am not opposed to technology BUT the bot is programmed to be rigid and lacking of solution. There are NOT any people on the premises so if you request toilet paper or a towel, the bot will text you that it has no idea when those items will get delivered to you. It’s bizarre really. The hotel stay was over $500 per night-to not know when you can have a towel or toilet paper for $500 per night!? Disappointing..Secondly, I was offered the ability to extend my stay for 2 more nights. I did elect to stay one of those nights and politely asked for a noon checkout. That request was denied. How can the room be available for 2 nights but not available for a noon checkout? The location is great but the ambiance is average and the service is lacking.
