Our experience was off to a terrible start with the young lady at the desk not sure of her name think it might be Sid( blue hair) not that that matters her attitude was horrible she was rude and refused to give us a time in which our room was to be ready and told me that she could just say that they were double booked before walking away from the desk. I believe its all on camera. I was left standing there until Mrs. Sallie stepped in and was more than helpful even though i could tell she was busy doing other tasks. She was kind and apologized for the other staff member. She saved our stay! She needs to be recognized for her outstanding work ethic and customer service. This would of been a 1 star review if it had not been for Mrs. Sallie. Sid on the other hand needs to desperately work on her people skills especially if shes at the front desk. We strongly recommend corporate take a look at the video of that interaction for training purposes to show how not to treat a customer and how if one staff member is disrespectful another team member can step in and make the situation right. Again if it wasnt for Mrs Sallie this would have been one star and not four. So thank you again Mrs Sallie, we wish you the best.
My stay here was amazing the staff are very helpful ms. Latoya answered any questions I had and she always had a smile when you see her
Bed had multiple pieces of hair in it from previous guest, shower is stained with rust. Night auditor was not very accommodating. Asked him to do something that he did for somebody else.
I put a 1 star on service because I thought we'd gonna get housekeeping service during our 2 weeks stay. Other than that , I really appreciate the rooms cleanliness when we checked in
Rooms were tidy but is in serious need of upgrades, doors were swollen and hard to close from water damage, holes in bathroom walls, sink dripped non stop , duck tape was holding up ac vent in restroom & double beds had hair all over comforter upon check in inspections & our tv didn’t work . Our new house is still in construction for 4 days so we decided to stay here being it’s close to my husband’s job ! However for the price to stay here it’s not worth it & hotel faces the interstate noise omg !
The worse hotel I ever stayed in floor was dirty, bathroom toilet didn’t flush, the shower was stomped up. The bed was very uncomfortable I slept on top of the covers, staff is very over worked , 1 60yr old house keeper for hundreds of rooms , just spend the extra money to sleep somewhere more comfortable
