I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience well maintained. The management was professional an attentive ensuring that every guest had a pleasant and memorable stay rooms were clean spacious and very comfortable providing an excellent accommodation experience the staff were extremely polite and always willing to help
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other travelers should be aware of my experience at this hotel. I booked a two-night stay through Expedia, but after checking into our room, we decided to leave and check out approximately 30 minutes later due to the condition of the room. The floor appeared not to have been cleaned in quite some time. There was visible dirt and debris on the floor, and the beds had crumbs, stains, and dog hair on them. The shower had mildew present, and the room/hotel had a strong odor of cigarettes, marijuana, and mildew. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and the room was far below what I would expect from a Wyndham property. To make matters worse, the front desk employee was rude and unhelpful when I attempted to address the issue and request a refund for the unused second night. I was led to believe the refund request would be approved after Expedia contacted the hotel, but the hotel later denied the request. We did not stay overnight and left shortly after arrival because we did not feel comfortable staying in the room. I have since filed a complaint with Wyndham and am awaiting their response. Based on my experience, I would not stay at this property again.
If I could put ZERO i would ! They are scammers, refuse to cancel my reservation & give me a refund. Claim the room I stayed in someone else been staying in for 2 weeks ! They are stealing your money & putting in their own pockets do NOT book with them
I have stayed here twice, I come to visit my Mommina, and it is a quiet clean hotel with a great breakfast bar, Gym and business center.
I booked a room for one of my workers at this La Quinta on my personal credit card. To be reimbursed by my company, I need a receipt or folio documenting the stay. In almost all cases, since I booked it, hotels usually send me the receipt right away. This hotel refused to do so. They told me to come to the front desk myself if I wanted it. Very rude customer service. I have blacklisted this hotel on our company travel site. Definitely would not recommend this location.
