Great late night stop, interesting history!
I liked this place at first and food was ok even though I don’t think you get enough for what you pay for, but what really bothered me was the fact that over 24 hours after I paid for my meal with a card… a tip was added without my permission. I’m the only person who paid with a card at my table and I see why the rest of the girls paid with cash. Now this happens a lot at these restaurants and it should be a law against it at some point because it’s stealing… THEFT! I prefer to give my tips in cash to avoid the fees on the credit cards but to just add it to my credit card without my permission is stealing and I will be down to talk to the manager and get this reversed in the morning. I am completely outraged at this and of course will never dine here again!
Look, the place is chill, and the pretzel bites were good, but I have to give 1 star based on the fact we ordered the applewood smoked bacon for $10 thinking it would be a good amount, and I kid you not it was 3 pieces. It wasn’t even special bacon, I could go buy a pound and a half at Walmart for the same price and it would have actually been BETTER. I wasn’t going to make a big deal since we had a large party anyways and we were already a hassle, but someone needs to go through the menu and rethink some of those prices.
