Great staff!!!

Every time I call to update information, etc., no one ever answers. I press “0” for the operator, I only get rerouted back to the main line and it just repeats the process to dial what extension I want and it doesn’t matter what time of day I call. Also I would like to file a complaint against the clinic, I think that it is discriminating that dental work is only offered to people with HIV. I understand they need help, but so does everyone else, for example diabetics that are losing their teeth like me, people that cannot afford dental work, like us, me and my husband. At the appointment desk as you are leaving, the girl is very rude, the guy is always very nice, the girl Has an attitude problem and she looks at people ugly. Maybe she should leave her problems at home.

I'm changing my review. I am writing to express my disappointment with the new answering system at your clinic. As a patient or client, I have always had a positive experience with your services and staff. However, the recent changes in your answering system have greatly affected my satisfaction with your clinic. Let me begin by saying that your clinic provides excellent medical care and your staff are well-trained professionals. They are knowledgeable and competent in their job. However, the new answering system has become a major hindrance in my ability to communicate with your clinic. I have had to call your clinic regarding some information about my medication but to my dismay, I was unable to speak to anyone. The calls are not answered by a human and the new answering service does not allow me to be connected to a staff member. This is highly frustrating as I am unable to get the necessary information I need. I understand that implementing new systems can be challenging, but it seems that this new system has been designed to avoid speaking to clients. This is unacceptable and goes against the values of client service that your clinic upholds. I urge you to reconsider this new answering system and find a more efficient and client-friendly solution. Your clients rely on your clinic for their healthcare needs and it is essential to have clear communication channels between them and your staff. I hope my concerns will be taken into consideration and that you will take the necessary steps to address this issue. I was attended today by a very smart beautiful young lady, very professional and informative. She knows her job well and enjoys it. The front desk was helpful with my questions as well.

Karina refused to assist me in getting my meds even though i had been off them for 3 weeks because she told me emergency meds were not available to me unless I saw a doctor. The staff has changed. I need to find a new doctor.

Called the clinic to find info on the testing hours and other STD info- Ariana & Briana were lowkey rude. Felt like they were unorganized. Don't know if id go to this place

Awesome Clinic! I got my Covid shot on Friday. They are lucky to have Dr. Costas who has decades of experience is now retired but wanted to serve his fellowmen. Herminia and the other Nurses and staff are very professional and seem happy with their jobs. Bless you all!

It's a typical clinic. Nothing to write home about.

Its very disappointing. all the good staff are gone. long wait times. i just had an experience with Bridgette, she thinks gays are 2nd class citizens and took lunch left me waiting for more than an hour even though they told her i was there 30 minutes before she went to lunch. THE WORST CLINIC!!!!

Very Unprofessional. Horrible experience. Completely different: don’t waste your time. They only do ONE type of test. No one there is lgbt educated some even unfriendly to the community, that’s what happens when they don’t hire diverse persons since everyone there is straight women. They told my girlfriend that: maybe she shouldn’t be promiscuous.
