I don't like court for anyone!! I'm ok!! 🙂

My daughter is going thru custody and a divorce . In the court the judge said is the father paying for the Guardian of light and the Guardian said yes . And thru all this it has created favor for the father because he is paying for it . No one should know who is paying for it . That's is just one thing that should be changed

I went through this court system 5 years ago to attempt to get joint custody of my son. If your guardian of lydem is Leslie Haley please read and be aware of the type of person you're dealing with. I'm friends with my son's mom now and she tells me that Leslie had no intention to speak with me. I was given the wrong phone number. When I called the number she gave me it seemed to go to a little girls phone. I attempted to contact her when I got the right number and she never called back. She told the judge I didn't try to contact her. There was no attempt for her to make a house visit. I feel like I was treated like I was the scum of the earth. I'm a healthcare professional. Middle aged black male and my son's mom is white. I'm glad I'm able to be in my son's life now but I missed many years that I feel like have emotionally affected my son. If you have a bad feeling in the beginning do what you can to make her do her job or request a different guardian of lydem. She is also a board of trustees for HCA so idk how you can do both jobs affectively. I hope this helps someone and makes a difference in the future of their parenting experience.

I tried to get the paperwork to do a motion and appeal after discussing that with a clerk regarding a personal matter a few weeks prior ( which I don't think she was lying) but I came in today after witnessing the white business men in front of me basically crying over spillt money, one guy said my tone wouldn't get me no where though I only said one curse word regarding being aggravated over how I am treated from the rpd and hcpd. I guess the white people have a unverbalized code of deception in the court offices because the white elderly lady that was suppose to handle my motion and appeal gave me the hardest time. She started asking all these rhetorical question to find out what I didn't know so she could use it against me. Just when I thought she was calling someone better suited to help she called the black officers to escort me from the premises. How long can they obstruct justice, I don't know but I done came to far to be treated like a domestic boy and keep my mouth close.

No courtroom is a place where I ever want to be...but, I was able to get in and most importantly, go home afterwards

I am very disappointed with this court most of all I am disappointed that they let my daughter down i had proof of everything and have did everything for my daughter and they ultimately let us down in our custody battle and sided with the mom due to me "moving" to a better area. The mom has moved three times but sadly they favor women more it seams, either way I will still be a part of my daughter's life just not as much as she deserves.

What other courthouse in this country will allow a diagnosed psychotic woman with split personalities who admitted to attacking men press false charges on an x, get caught committing perjury, falsifying police reports and walks away Scott free???
