Clean not expensive quiet friendly staff

Nice helpful staff. Clean room. Only drawback was horrible water pressure in shower.

Great place to stay! Quiet, clean, large rooms! Friendly staff!

Room was clean, bed comfy and plenty of pillows on our king bed. Bathroom was clean. We did hear noises at night, not sure if is was the neighboring tenants but ultimately not too bothersome. Breakfast simple but didn't serve anything hot other than you could make mini waffles. As for staff I only interacted with the night shift desk help and she was pleasant.

Great value with a great matress! Love the location, nice and quiet. We have stayed at this location 4 or more tomes now and plan to use this location for all of our future visits to Iowa City (Rare Disease Survivor/Frequent visitor to U of I clinics)

Everything was done online so check in was quick. Room was warm and ready.

Excellent hotel, very good service, everything very clean, and at an excellent price. Plus, they have a very good Mexican restaurant next door.
