Travelers Inn Douglas By OYO US-441

This location is completely shut down. Do not book directly through them or any other company that’s offers this particular location. I booked this location for my in laws . It was completely shut down. I called to inform them and they gave me the run around and wouldn’t return the money. However after hours, of arguing with them, I finally got in contact with someone from Hotels.com who I booked this hotel through. They got me another hotel for my in laws. Attaching the photos below.

Booked a room and the building is demolished. Just great, drive all day and cant even get in a room

First of all if I could put a zero I would. I booked a room for my husband for one night. I called to confirm everything everything and no one would answer at the front desk so when I finally got someone to answer they argued with me telling me they had no one in their system nor number that matches the information I gave them and even told me the confirmation number was wrong. I am right now working with my bank to get our money back. Will never book with them or the website again.

Stayed at Travelers Inn Douglas by OYO and had a good experience overall. The front desk staff was polite and helpful during check-in. The room was clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. The location on US-441 is very convenient, with easy access to downtown Douglas, nearby restaurants, and South Georgia State College. It’s a simple, budget-friendly place that works well for travelers passing through or visiting the area. Would consider staying again.

Stayed here after the renovation and the rooms look great. Everything felt fresh and clean, with updated interiors and comfortable bedding.

Yeah you definitely get what you pay for here. There were fist holes in the bathroom door and in the wall. The TV didn't work it felt like they threw the room together quickly before I came. I was in town on a work trip driving Amish for the Mennonite disaster service and didn't want to spend a night in a simple room with a cot and this was a step up from that, atleast with plumbing and a nice bed. Close to the major area like restaurants and Walmart and things like that pretty good food in the area too but this is basically the basic stay for someone that had to stay cheaply.

This place is absolutely disgusting. My room was not clean... toothpaste splash marks on the mirror. The toilet seat with filthy and had urine and hairs on it. The sheets were staind with blood and burn marks. The floor was not clean with trash in it. I went to the manager and asked for another room. He showed me FOUR all of which were absolutely disgusting. I had been driving all day and needed a place for my child to lay her head. Then I asked him for bleach and I would clean it myself. He proceeded to go get his house keeper.... then asked me to come in the office handed me 20 cash and apologized. As I was waiting for house keeping to come. I pulled the sheets off the bed in which the mattress was molded and staind. At that point I decided even if I cleaned it myself this place was not safe for me and my child. As I walked out to go to the office the house keeper was talking crap about me without her knowing I was right behind her. She also admitted to cutting herself while cleaning and that was the excuse for the blood on the sheets. The outside is a dump with trash everywhere. I would not waste your money here. We went down the road to Jameson Inn... paid just a little more and the office staff was pleasant the rooms are very clean. Travlers Inn was very stressful, disgusting, and disrespectful. Do not waste your time or money on this place. It should be condemned!!!!!!!
