⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanksgiving Family Stay I went to Miami for Thanksgiving and stayed at Tucker Palmer Apartments, and it was perfect for my family of six — my husband, myself, and our four teenagers. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and conveniently located close to Dadeland Mall and the restaurant where we had Thanksgiving dinner. We really enjoyed the pool table/recreation area and the complimentary coffee in the lobby. The detailed instructions for check-in and check-out made everything simple and stress-free. Overall, the cleanliness, location, and ease of access made this a great stay. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Miami with all of the kids.

Everything was excellent. Clean, the apartment had a good layout, and everything they offered was included. The building is well-located. The concierge was always attentive and helpful. Congratulations!

I stayed with my family for two weeks. The place is highly recommended: the pool was fantastic, as were all the rooms on the upper floor. The location is excellent, right next to Macy’s and Target.

From the moment we arrived, the property felt poorly managed and far below the standard advertised online. During our stay, we faced several issues that made the environment feel uncomfortable and, at times, unsafe. Security concerns were the biggest issue for us. The parking area was left open the entire time, and we dealt with what seemed like an attempted break-in one night. There were no visible functioning security measures, and we didn’t receive any meaningful reassurance afterward, which was frightening—especially with children. Inside the unit, the condition of the furniture and appliances was shocking. • The beds were unstable and squeaky, making restful sleep impossible. • The air-conditioning system rattled loudly all night, and the washer-dryer shook the floor so much that we avoided using it. • Several lights weren’t working, leaving the apartment dim and hard to navigate safely. Cleanliness and maintenance were major concerns. • The bathtub and sink were visibly stained, and the hallways had an extremely unpleasant odor that suggested the carpets hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. • We encountered pests inside the unit, which was extremely upsetting and unsanitary. • The “city view” promised online turned out to overlook construction debris directly outside the window. Outdoor amenities were just as disappointing. • There was active construction happening right next to the pool, with debris falling around the area — definitely not a relaxing or safe environment. • The pool space itself looked neglected and completely different from the polished images shown online. Accessing the building was also unnecessarily stressful. We were given multiple access codes (for the property, building, and unit), several of which didn’t work. We found ourselves contacting support repeatedly just to get in — exhausting when traveling with kids. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Tucker at Palmer Dadeland.

Unsafe, dirty, and completely mismanaged – avoid Kasa Tucker at all costs! Our stay at Kasa Tucker was filled with serious issues that made it unsafe, uncomfortable, and far below acceptable standards. Here are just some of the problems we experienced: 1. Safety Issues: The parking gates were left open for the entire stay, which likely explains the attempted break-in we experienced one night. There were no working security cameras, and staff provided no follow-up or reassurance. 2. Noisy, Unstable Beds: The beds were broken and unstable, with mattresses that creaked loudly every time we moved — making sleep almost impossible. 3. Confusing Entry Codes: We were given multiple different access codes for the property, building, and apartment, many of which didn’t work correctly. Each time, we had to contact support — extremely stressful when travelling with children. 4. Loud Air Conditioning: The air conditioning unit made constant, rattling noise throughout the night, disturbing everyone’s sleep. 5. Noisy Washer-Dryer: The washer-dryer was unbearably loud, shaking the floor whenever used. 6. Building Work by the Pool: There was ongoing construction right next to the pool area, with debris falling into the space — unsafe and completely unsuitable for guests. 7. Dirty Pool Area: The pool area was dirty, unkept, and poorly maintained, nothing like the photos shown online. 8. Lighting Issues: Several light bulbs were blown, and the apartment had uneven or dim lighting, making it unsafe to move around, especially at night. 9. Bathroom Condition: The bathtub and sink were brown-stained and visibly worn, giving a constant feeling of poor hygiene. 10. Smelly Hallways: The hallways smelled foul, likely from dirty, unwashed carpets that hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. 11. Bad View: The view from the apartment window looked directly onto construction debris and neglected areas — far from the pleasant “city view” advertised. 12. Cockroach Infestation: We also encountered roaches inside the apartment, which was both distressing and unhygienic. This property is unsafe, unsanitary, and completely misrepresented online. For the price paid, the experience was disgraceful. Kasa Tucker should not be listed until these serious safety, hygiene, and maintenance issues are resolved.
