My experience with Trucker was not good. I rented the place through Perk, and at no point during the booking process was it stated that Amazon or retailer packages were not allowed. I only found out after check-in, when it was already too late. When the issue came up, Trucker never provided a real solution. Their only response was to tell me to “talk to the concierge,” while the concierge sent me back to Trucker. It became a loop with no accountability. The level of support was very poor. Instead of taking ownership, the answer was always “maybe talk to the manager and see if they can do something,” which in practice meant no solution at all. Clear communication upfront and proactive support were missing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.

I’d say this felt more like a 3.5-star stay rather than a true 4-star. Most of the staff didn’t speak much English except for the concierge, but everyone was genuinely kind and helpful. The beds made some squeaky noises, and a few areas didn’t feel very clean and were a bit sticky. That said, the room was a good size, the area was quiet, and the neighborhood felt peaceful. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
