The hotel is very good. Quite clean and the staff very polite. The breakfast has few options, but it's adequate. Every day there are two or three protein options, one of which is always eggs, there are fruits, breads and juice, as well as coffee, milk and butter. The location is not the best. Although the area is great and next to a shopping center, it is far from the tourist attractions. It is important to evaluate the cost-benefit ratio.

Horrible customer service. I stayed here and the TV was disconnected, and no one was able to help me fix it. The mattress had a huge hole in the middle and was extremely uncomfortable — they honestly need to throw it away. The bed frame also made loud noises every time I moved. The overall quality of this hotel was terrible. Even after bringing these issues to the staff’s attention, no one helped or seemed to care. Be aware and avoid staying at this hotel!

My second time at this hotel. I'm giving it 5 stars because I can't give more, but I'd give those 10 stars to Mr. Juan, who was very attentive from the day before when I confirmed the reservation. On the day I arrived, Mr. Juan and another young man at the front desk (I don't remember his name) were very friendly and professional. I 100% recommend this hotel; it's centrally located, clean, and welcoming.

My experience at this hotel was great. The staff were polite, the parking was ample, the place was pleasant, the room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent.

A good hotel in Kendall, the cost is high but it's worth it.

Great hotel, great service, friendly staff. Breakfast was ok for me since I just had cosmetic surgery and needed light meals. Most Miami hotels will refuse service to many receiving liposuction this hotel was accommodating and small enough to make my stay comfortable and easy after my procedure

Although the hotel is older and only has one elevator, it's very clean, has good free parking, and accepts packages free of charge; best of all, the staff is very friendly and helpful! It also has very good Wi-Fi and a basic American breakfast included, and an excellent location with a very complete shopping plaza just steps away!

DO NOT STAY HERE! I was charged $1,202.47 for two king rooms for three nights. Upon arrival, there was a man lingering in the lobby who then followed us toward our rooms, which immediately made us uncomfortable. The rooms themselves were dark and in poor condition—several lights didn’t work, there was a strong musty odor, and the AC unit made a loud clanging noise. We stayed no more than 10 minutes before going back to the front desk to request a refund and leaving to find another hotel. I was told to call back and speak with a manager. Four months later, the “manager” is somehow never available, and I have yet to receive a refund—even though we never stayed a single night. This experience felt dishonest and completely unprofessional. Losing over $1,200 for a stay we didn’t use is unacceptable. There are far better hotels in the area—save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.
