I stayed at this property for approximately two months while working in the area. What I expected to be a simple extended stay turned into a nightmare. Throughout my stay, there were constant issues involving other guests, suspicious activity around the property, and an overall environment that felt unsafe and poorly managed. There was a medical emergency involving an overdose in a room next to mine, and it became clear that management was allowing behavior that made paying guests feel uncomfortable. People were constantly hanging around the property, creating an atmosphere that felt more like a shelter than a professional extended-stay hotel. The final incident was what pushed me to leave this review. I went to make a payment on my room and encountered a front desk employee who seemed determined to create conflict over a routine transaction. I repeatedly explained that I was not interested in arguing and simply wanted to pay for my room and go upstairs to rest after a long workday. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee became confrontational and hostile. After I had already paid, I was denied access to my room. I was later told to leave the property altogether. To make matters worse, I was insulted personally by staff and then found police at the property attempting to remove me. At no point was the situation handled in a professional manner, and I still have serious concerns about how paying guests are treated. The most disappointing part is that I had been staying there for months and paying consistently. Rather than attempting to resolve the situation, management chose to side with an employee who escalated the conflict and ultimately forced me out. Just because a hotel offers a lower rate does not mean it is worth the stress, lack of professionalism, and concerns about safety. If you are traveling for work, with family, or simply looking for a peaceful place to stay, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this property to anyone.
Elevator was not working, had to wait for the room keys long time.
I was a little apprehensive about reserving a room after reading other posts, but the price was too good to pass up. Besides, i was only going to be there for 1 night. The room was spotless. It even had a full size fridge/ freezer. I'm telling you, do not be afraid to book your stay here. You will not find a better room for the price.
It's a great place to stay and relax for the day
We love this place. It's clean, quiet place. Brand new. People complaining about not having free cookware? Who wants to use something somebody else was using? Not me We bring our own cookware and food. All we care about is clean, and safe environment and this hotel has it. We travel a lot due to work. And we always ask to stay in this hotel
