Graduate by Hilton East Lansing

The valet, front desk, and housekeeping staff have all been very friendly. The hotel itself is right on Grand River within walking distance to great bars and restaurants. It’s a beautiful place!

As someone who travels for work, this isn’t just my favorite hotel in East Lansing, this is one of my favorite hotels to stay at in the entire country. The ambiance is so charming and the rooms are very well appointed with good products for soaps/shampoos/etc. it really is a wonderful place to stay year round. The only negative I have to mention is a personal preference, and it is that you must valet if you drive a car. I can’t knock the overall score for the hotel since it is personal preference but do be mindful to give yourself a little bit of time at the start of the day to get your car. Otherwise, you shouldn’t need your car because of the fantastic location of the hotel.

We stayed here for business and visited the rooftop bar. Reagan took great care of us. The service was exceptional and food was delicious. Would 100% recommend.

room was filthy. the bathroom door was broken (didnt close). they NEVER cleaned the room. I would have tossed the 5 day build up of TRASH myself, but they provided no bags either. i don’t know whats worse the trashy room or the trash in the room Beds were never made and the sheets were never replaced. walls were stained with brown liquid. grab a black light and you’d probably want to dive into a bucket of bleach. a CDC level decontamination procedure would probably not be enough to disinfect the room.

Hard to believe this place has such high ratings the hotel is so worn . After are drive from Detroit Michigan airport it was late and the front desk said her computer was slow it took her 33 min to check us in. My husband wanted a queen. Suite we are diamond members it was embarrassing she had no idea what room are what sonshe said. The whole experience checking in has been frustrating and not a typical Hilton experience. Shame on management for not training your staff or not being considerate of you guest experience. It's now 12:54 am where are we going tonight stay here but in the morning there is no way I'll give this place another cent. There is Nothing friendly or helpful about this place. I'm telling the truth to hard to make this up or maybe this is the new standards people are now a custom to

Great venue for graduation party food was delicious especially Chillie & chicken wings.

Mixed feelings after a 5-night stay. On one hand, the hotel is beautiful and well-located. On the other, the room cleaning is hit-or-miss. One housekeeper was super excellent, while another did the bare and bare minimum (just emptied trash, no cleaning or refills). Also, skip the valet. It's expensive and inconvenient. We found it easier to just use a nearby garage, even without in-and-out privileges. The hotel needs to provide better parking options or discounts for guests.

What a great stay. From the moment we pulled up to valet we were greeted door side with smiles and thanks. The room was beautiful , the service was 5 star; I will be back. Great job and the valet went the extra mile our entire stay!

The location and hotel are beautiful, but the A/C in the rooms does not work. There are other reviews mentioning the same thing. I was stuck in a room with no way to open the window stuck at 76 degrees. Maintenance tried to fix the issue but was unable to. I would avoid this hotel especially as it get's hotter in the summer.

Great stay overall! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. Made the whole trip easy and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!
