Hampton Inn & Suites Little Rock-Downtown

The hotel is currently undergoing a remodel and the rooms are refreshed and clean. However, the lobby remodel we walked into is absolutely horrendous. I know its not the hotels fault the constructions guys are making a horrible mess but there is ZERO filtration of the air just large fans blowing the dust around. When we arrived they were ripping up tile and the amount of silica dust in the air is beyond acceptable. You can literally see the dust in the air and makes it hard to breath. Even the poor front desk staff were wearing face masks but of course no warning for the guests. Just a simple sign saying we are remodeling. We have stayed at many Hilton properties over the years, as they are our preferred choice, and this is by far the worst experience just due to the haphazard construction/demolition work.

Hotel was clean. The breakfast was good, variety of foods available. Enjoyed the music playing in the lobby. Lemon water in lobby was refreshing. All staff were friendly and helpful. The night shift lady at the desk, who also put out the breakfast food, was very friendly. Enjoyed the evening shift gentleman singing. Good experience and will recommend this hotel!

I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world, and this was hands down the cleanest I’ve ever been in. The staff was amazing, everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location was great and the parking garage made everything super convenient. What really stood out to me was how clean the room was. I’m a huge clean freak and germaphobe, to the point that I usually dread staying in hotels and Airbnbs. I always notice the little things, and I genuinely couldn’t find anything wrong with this room. No stray hairs, no dust, no grime, nothing. It honestly looked and felt like nobody had ever stayed there before. A clean room can make or break a hotel stay for me, and this place absolutely exceeded my expectations. I would stay here again without hesitation.

This is an 8-4 facility. When I made my request as a Hilton Gold member that I was put at the very top floor, very end of the area away from the ice machine and elevator. This hotel is going under an extensive renovation. It is brand new in my room. Everything is beautiful. The bed is extremely comfortable. The shower and bathroom are extremely nice. The only downside right now is that they haven't finished the construction for laundry room Services, but the general idea of the availability of what the features are blows away the other Hilton properties here in downtown Little Rock. We are right next to the Homewood Suites. I would never go back there because the management there sucks and the management here is extremely helpful

Great experience. They are remodeling & when done will be an exceptional place to stay. Parking is extra. Within walking distance to many downtown activities & restaurants.

Location above all else but place is great too! Live music, multiple restaurants within 5 min walk. Check out the "Rock and Roll Chicken House!"
