Four Points by Sheraton Bedford Manchester Airport

Clean con venient and friendly enough for the night. Would go back.

I booked the room for work. We arrived at 2 am with a digital key from digital check-in. Was supposed to be 2 queen beds but they switched it to a single with a couch without telling me. When I went to the desk the clerk refused to help at all. He said one of us should sleep on the couch and refused to give me a refund. I finally found a way to contact the manager and get the refund. Clark laughed in our face multiple times during the attempted check-in and also again on our way out. I doubt I'll be using marriot much after this.

Convenient, very close to Manchester Airport. Rooms were very clean, hotel was quiet, staff was friendly.

I booked a Jr. Suite in February for a stay the 1st weekend of May but when I showed up, they said they had overbooked and did not have a room for me. Took a lot of back and forth and I finally was able to get another room but I would not depend on your reservation being honored if you book here.

Nice room and quiet.

Very nice hotel with recent renovations and nice decor. The staff was very pleasant. They have breakfast as well as a restaurant/bar onsite. Location was convenient for us.

Well appointed and clean room. Incredible retractable black out shades. Also the charging station on the night table has every kind of adaptor you could wish for. The fitness room is impressive, with tons of free weights. Easy, ample parking.

Great place for a night away or a few nights to visit

I stayed here as a Titanium member in April 2026, in a Junior Suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed (around 36sqm). This property was previously a Country Inn & Suites by Radisson and was recently renovated and rebranded as a Four Points by Sheraton, which explains how fresh everything feels. - The hotel feels clean and new, and the in-room equipment is more advanced than I expected for this tier. The USB ports include Type-C, which is rare at Marriott properties at this level and genuinely useful when you don't want to dig out an adapter. - The room itself was clean, spacious enough, and had everything I needed. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and warm. - The hotel has a bar with local beers and a happy hour. I didn't try it this time, but compared to other Marriott properties in this area at the same tier, that's a real plus. - A couple of drawbacks. The in-room coffee machine is a self-brew setup, but the only capsules provided were decaf, which was disappointing if you actually want coffee in the morning. Also, the paper cups in the room looked used and dirty. I'm glad I noticed before using them, but housekeeping should be checking this so guests aren't handed dirty cups. Small thing, but it's a hygiene issue. - Side note, not about the hotel itself: Pressed Cafe nearby is a good spot if you need a meal in the area. Other than the coffee and cup issue, the stay felt reasonable and I'd come back to this property if I'm in the Manchester area again.

Stayed here last night. Short visit for a soccer match. Rooms were clean, modern and in great shape. Staff were very friendly.

Nice $100 night room.

This is my go to hotel when in the area, I have stayed here a lot. Rooms are clean, staff are always friendly, couldn’t be happier with the stays I’ve had. Only two complaints I can think of: First, A lot of hotels have gone backwards and this hotel is included. They renovate, slap a bar in the lobby and start selling food. This includes breakfast, $16 dollars for your what was once “free continental breakfast” absolutely ridiculous up charge. Secondly, this ones minor and a lot of people probably don’t care but I wish the rooms had more lighting. I don’t like sitting in a dark room for hours on my days off from work. Some more lighting would be appreciated.
