Visitors praise the providers and the thorough approach to mental wellness and healing, with many recommending the practice. However, a common complaint is about the rigid and restrictive policies, particularly the cancellation policy, which some feel hinders the healing process.

O tym miejscu Manchester True Collaborative

The Manchester True Collaborative runs New Hampshire's first LGBTQIA+ community center, at 72 Concord Street in downtown Manchester. For a state that long lacked any brick-and-mortar queer space, its opening was a genuine milestone - and the center has quickly become the organizing hub for LGBTQ+ life across southern New Hampshire. The Collaborative is best known as the organizer of Queen City Pride, Manchester's annual June Pride festival and parade, with the parade running down Elm Street and the festival filling Veterans Memorial Park. Year-round, the center hosts support groups, social meetups, youth programming and community fundraisers, and partners with local venues - including drag-show food drives at the Breezeway Pub. Visitors are welcome to drop by during open hours or check the calendar on manchestertrue.org for upcoming events. If you want to plug into the local community rather than just pass through, this is the front door.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at True North. The atmosphere is very relaxing, calming and inviting. The therapists are genuine and empathetic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

The therapist was kind however our experience with this office left things to be desired. Including an email about unpaid balances when they auto deduct our payments from our debit card and have never had a denial. This email comes as there are charges pending. Funny this came after we notified the therapist we are no longer interested in continuing with this office. I heard negatives about it here and I can see why. I have 2 people in my circle who had issues with the billing practices here. I also find it funny it comes in Friday before the weekend when no one can answer the phones as they stop taking calls at 1 on Friday's. I say good luck if you need therapy but I, personally, would keep looking.

I was really anxious before my first appointment but the waiting room calmed me down a lot. I was able to make myself a coffee and collect my nerves before meeting my therapist. Even with the sounds and smells you can tell they put a lot of effort into making the space feel safe and relaxing!

So I had heard about ketamine therapy here and there. I started to wonder if it was possibly for me to help with my PTSD and work through trauma that I hadn’t had the guts myself to handle on my own. I reached out, trying to learn more and even though I was apprehensive about the process, the team actually helped explain everything in a way that I understood. I’ve actually never felt so safe with strangers in my entire life. By the time the first session was through, it felt like saying goodbye to old friends while making plans to see each other again soon. The insight I was given into things I’ve been struggling with for years was a real eye opener and I’m glad I didn’t brush the treatment off. If you’re looking for a safe space to face you and your darkest parts, while trying to heal to be the best you that you can be, I’d give them a call. Calling is the first step and I’m so glad that I made it and took in more than I ever imagined.
