Faena Hotel Miami Beach

Just stayed one night at this hotel. Staff are very friendly and the room had all the amenities that you would wish for. A great swimming pool on the terrace as well. Well worth staying here if you are in the area. Price wise very reasonable for Miami as well.

I've stayed here multiple times, and every time each staff member makes it amazing! Alejandro at the front desk made sure I had a room ready upon arrival, and Juan at the inside bar, Gin and Collins, makes great drinks and is enthusiastic about making sure guests have an excellent experience. The location is perfect-steps from Edition and Faena and anywhere else is a quick ride away. The front desk is always accommodating for any additional requests, such as extra towels from housekeeping. I highly recommend for anyone looking for great service and value on a Miami Beach vacation!

Not good. American airlines gave me a voucher for this hotel after canceling my flight. After waiting for more than an hour to get the keys I went to bed and woke up with bug bites all over my body. Awful.

Location and clean rooms make the hotel is ideal a great place to stay. Plus staff members are super attentive and friendly. Special shout out to Alejandro Remo and Christopher Ferreira at the front desk who make the experience all the more awesome.

The hotel, perfect, clean beds, bathrooms with attention to detail, very comfortable beds, a ten out of ten hotel. Alejandro assisted us, a charming guy, he solved all the problems we had, he provided ten out of ten service, in short an experience to return to. A thousand thanks Alejandro, you understood us perfectly, thank you very much indeed.

I had booked this Hotel for 4 nights. The first day I was there I tripped on a crack in the sidewalk about a mile away and fell and broke my hip. Was taken by ambulance to Mt Sinai medical center and had a full hip replacement the next day. I called after the surgery let them know what happed to me, and that I had not been there for 3 nights, I stayed one, and could I get another night or 2 so I could rest up before flying home, at free or half off or more points, any sort of compensation for what I spent. I was told in no uncertain terms” no” we are here to make money. No I am sorry that happened. Nothing. THEY DO NOT GIVE a S*** about anyone that stays there. Do not stay there. There many hotels with friendlier staffs who care about customer service.

Jackie was very helpful getting us set up and was working really hard in the hot sun.

The service was excellent! The staff was very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The check-in experience was smooth and very welcoming. Throughout our stay, the team truly seemed to anticipate our needs before we even asked, which made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Very nice, clean hotel. Front desk staff has been super friendly and helpful. Drew and Nathan (and another female) spent a lot of time with me recommending restaurants and giving travel tips. Not a lot of activity in the neighborhood, but the pool and beach access is great. And we drove up and down Collins on free MB trolley with stops right outside. Would stay here next time!

The guys from the valet parking are amazing. Servando and Efrain are the best. 10/10
