World of Blue Hotel
Many visitors praise the hotel's clean and comfortable rooms, excellent location near attractions, and helpful, welcoming staff, with specific mentions of supervisors Maryely and manager Anthony. However, some guests report issues with incomplete amenities and a lack of advertised services, leading to disappointment given the price.

I requested to be contacted by management and never was. Numerous amenities were not available as suggested by advertising. Paying almost $1,200 for 2 nights (because you require a minimum stay of 2 nights) at an INCOMPLETE hotel is a scam. There isn’t even a fully operational restaurant and with no dining options in walking distance it created a tremendous burden for me and my family. The shower was so poorly renovated one of the sliding glass doors wouldn’t stay shut as it was crooked. The windows leaked during a rain storm. The window shades were crooked. Floor was disgusting and sticky on arrival. The exhaust vent in the bathroom was clearly from the old Hilton and was moldy (you can see traces of the old hotel all over, very sloppy work throughout). The television internet was not working and couldn’t be fixed by maintenance who was kind enough to come late at night, with limited entertainment options. This was a bait and switch operation. I feel terrible for your staff who fielded constant complaints from other guests complaining of leaking showers, broken toilets, non functioning light fixtures, etc. You all couldn’t even have been bothered to remove the tags from hallway furniture notating where it would be positioned. Never been to a hotel bar at this price point but doesn’t even have functioning taps. You get two drink vouchers at check in but they don’t tell you that they’re for soda and bottled beer only. Not surprising that the hotel was a ghost town even with the World Cup just 1 mile away. The only answer I got was “the hotel is expected to be completed by August.” AFTER the cup is over. Fascinating, as you’re charging full price for a half done hotel (and POORLY and CHEAPLY renovated at that). The only positive about this hotel was its proximity to the stadium. A shuttle that they were ripping people off for $100 a pop if you didn’t book direct through them was good enough, though it takes you to the mall, not the stadium.
The first impression of my hotel was with front desk supervisor Maryely- and that was the BEST first impression. She is service-oriented and very kind. The hotel was clean and room was spacious. Thank you so much for your hospitality, Maryely!
I booked this hotel at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised. Everything was clean, organized, and well-maintained. The check-in process was quick, and the overall experience was much better than I expected
Was just back here a few years since the last time. The fresh new look is beautiful. The staff were extremely helpful. Highly recommend.
