World of Blue Hotel

We had an amazing stay and loved how close this hotel was to the metlife stadium and the american dream mall. The front desk team did an exceptional job with making us feel welcomed and provided excellent recommendations and service from start to finish. The manager, Anthony was very friendly and took the time to ensure we felt well cared for.

I was a little worried after reading some of the previous reviews, but it seems they have really stepped things up. Our experience for the France vs. Senegal match at the hotel was excellent from start to finish! The hotel was beautiful, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The buses to and from the game were escorted by police, and after the match the shuttles were easy to find with staff holding signs and calling out for World of Blue guests. A special thank you to Orlando for keeping us informed and organized about our pick up, Anthony for securing my early check in, welcoming and funny, and Mary (I think that was her name) for the warm and speedy check-in. Only downside is pool isn't open yet but they said it will open very soon. Overall, a fantastic experience with outstanding customer service. I look forward to coming back for the final match! I would definitely recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was a great stay, the hotel felt good and comfortable, add that to it being in a great location; there's tons of stuff to do nearby. The room was big and comfy, that with the staff made it a flawless stay.

I stayed here while visiting for the 2026 World Cup and had a wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. A special thank you to Anthony Lazo at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to share great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. His helpful attitude and knowledge of the area made my trip even more enjoyable. The service, cleanliness, and hospitality exceeded my expectations. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area 10/10 experience!

Very nice in its presentation. Lobby area is beautiful. The room is extremely disappointing. No toilet paper, no microwave, no trash, there’s no accessible menu for room service, staff doesn’t know what’s going on, the tv was a hassle and in a different language. Stayed here for the Brazil vs Morocco match. Thank god I only stayed one night. Rough one.

Although the hotel was going through remodeling during our stay and we had to change rooms because of issues with the first room, and even experienced problems with the second room, the outstanding service we received from Veronica and Alexandra at the front desk completely changed our experience. Both Veronica and Alexandra went above and beyond to help us. They were professional, patient, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of despite the challenges the hotel was facing during renovations. No matter what issue came up, they handled it with kindness and a positive attitude. While renovations and room issues can happen, exceptional customer service is what people remember. Veronica and Alexandra are the reason we left with a positive impression of this hotel. Their dedication to guests is truly appreciated, and they are a tremendous asset to the property. We would gladly stay here again because of the excellent service they provided. I really hope they get recognized for all the frustrated clients this week and the weeks to come of the World Cup event. Go Brasil 🇧🇷

Yesterday I paid 266 for parking worls cup. Since we arrive they didn't know what to do. They offer a shuttle to the stadium and the shuttle was not there for pick up. Probably it was there figuring out where to go. We finish paying 100 dollars uber for less than a mile. Park in the American dream.mall. Just wait one hour in the stadium and outside activities. Another hotel.guest told us that the didn't finish constructionnthat every think was not coordinated . Employess were nice but with wrong process is a loss.

A wonderful stay from beginning to end. The room was nicely set up and clean, felt like a peaceful retreat, and the whole hotel had a luxurious yet calming atmosphere. Front desk was welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to Anthony for his exceptional service and help. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Use them to get to the World Cup tonight still waiting after three hours charge $100 a person for parking drop us off on the side of the highway. Rest our lives to Pop across the street to get to the game.

i loved the stay at the World of Blue Hotel. It’s an ideal base to explore the area, with MetLife Stadium and American Dream both close to the hotel. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and well-maintained, making it easy to relax. Check-in was quick and easy and staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very modern and had a good atmosphere. When I was there there were no issues at all and everything was exactly as advertised. I would recommend great from beginning to end. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone in the Meadowlands. Can't wait to go back!

Great value for the area! I am a local and the front desk staff was professional, helpful, and always willing to answer questions. The location was convenient, parking was easy, and the room was clean and well-maintained. You can tell the hotel is making improvements, we’re excited to see the finished product.
