Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Little Rock Downtown. The location was extremely convenient and made getting around the area very easy. I especially appreciated being able to self-park my vehicle on site, which was a huge plus. My room had an amazing view overlooking both the green space and the city, and the entire facility was clean, modern, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming at both check-in and checkout, making the overall experience even better. I’ll definitely be making a note to stay here again anytime I’m back in the Little Rock area. Highly recommend!

No frills. All business. Clean. nice locale. free breaky.

We stayed the night for a concert, so the hotel was completely booked. Upon arrival it was a little tricky getting into the parking lot. The access to the front was a little challenging, but once we entered in; everything was exceptional! Usually when a hotel is very booked, there tends to be less adequate service. NOT HERE! The rooms and hotel itself was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The staff was kind and happy to help. From Check-In to Check-Out, our stay was great. Even the cooking staff was friendly, and very helpful. Everyone went above and beyond to see that our stay was a pleasant one! Thank you!

My "Free Night" cost me $10.00! Not exactly "Free"! Thanks IHG! Checking in the people at the front desk didn't want to be there! I was sorry I bothered them!

Great location, service and rooms!

This hotel is conveniently located with inconvenient amenities such as paid parking (10$ to park on some dirt) and a front entrance with zero parking. The rooms seemed clean until you look closely at the air conditioner that’s blowing on your family covered in mold. For the price you pay, add the greedy parking fee and taxes, I shouldn’t be breathing in mold. The tub doesn’t have any safety features like anti slip bottoms and the toilets are hard close so the room five doors down can hear when you finish your business. LOL
