The hotel was decent for a short stay, with comfortable beds and friendly staff. However, the bathroom could use some updating and I noticed a bit of noise from the hallway during the night. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're looking for a place to crash.

Thought the room had 2 beds. Had 1 bed 1 pullout couch. Asked for linens for the pullout, got a duvet cover and 4 pillow cases and 2 pillows. They were out of blankets except ripped ones. Room smelled like weed after the delivery of linens while we were out. Pool was full of hair. Wifi was iffy at best. Stained towels in the bathroom. Stay somewhere else.

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament, I am usually a Hilton or Marriot person but I have recently stayed at some decent Holiday Inn locations .. so I booked this for almost $300 a night. Completely over priced but a busy event weekend in the area so to be expected. The hotel is outdated, needs a deep clean. I dropped something behind the end table and was greeted with dust dirt and old papers. The pool area was basic. You can get through a night here but not worth the price. The plugs and options for charging were limited. There was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room which is always a plus. The woman at the front desk was an amazing and accommodating, but that could not trump the conditions of the hotel !

The hotel room was dirty, the front desk person had nothing but excuses, was supposed to be 2 queen bed instead it was a king and then they tell me there's a pullout couch, do yourself a favor and don't stay here

Hotel has been ridden hard. I got to the point where I had to stop the criticisms and ride it out for the night. Send Ty Pennington over. Extreme Makeover needed.

Celebrated my boyfriend's birthday + our anniversary and was looking to stay somewhere close to the casinos that wasn't too expensive. I booked a 1 King Bed standard room through IHG and was able to get free breakfast as well. For 2 nights my overall cost was around $320. Here's a breakdown of the amenities and my overall review: Cleanliness: Was nervous at first just reading reviews because they fluctuate all over the place regarding the rooms being clean. Immediately when I walked in, I checked the beds + shower. Both were very clean, and the room itself is well kept. Of course, it's not a 5-star hotel, but I saw housekeeping multiple times during my stay, which ensures the rooms are getting cleaned when needed. Room: Decent size. The bathroom was very small (like, so small the bathroom door itself could almost touch the toilet haha). Wasn't an issue for us, but some people like huge hotel bathrooms with double sinks—which this room also did not have, by the way. The bed was very comfy, and the TVs are upgraded (no streaming, just cable), so they aren't the same as some of these photos with small TVs. I also saw some reviews saying it was loud and the walls were thin, but I could barely hear anyone on our floor, and by Sunday people were leaving... Regardless, if you stay somewhere close by a casino on a weekend, you're bound to hear people coming and going or being loud at some point during the night. Staff: Friendly immediately upon entering the lobby and were happy to answer the questions I had. Breakfast: Honestly, it was pretty good, and we were given a solid portion. The waitress was very friendly, and our food came out quickly. Went on a Sunday morning (they serve breakfast until 11am on Sundays); it wasn't crowded. Shuttle: A cool concept considering Uber gets expensive as the night goes on and it's free with booking. It leaves every 30 minutes and will drop you off/pick you up at the Winter entrance. (On Saturdays it's available until 2am!) Hotel itself: Clean, but outdated. Again, not an issue for us personally and doesn't matter too much in my opinion—I just wanted a clean place to stay that wasn't above my budget, especially because we were only going for two nights. The pool was closed during our stay. Don't be like me and overthink because of the bad reviews. Book the hotel if you're going for a quick weekend trip! Location: 6-minute drive to Mohegan, 20-minute drive to Foxwoods. 23 min drive to Mystic shops + Mystic Aquarium.

Stay far away from this place…. I booked it because of its close proximity to the casino, checked in dropped my bags and left. When I returned that night I noticed a couple ants crawling around the bathroom but it was only 2 or 3 so did not want to complain over that as it was only a few more hours until the morning check out. I woke up feeling itchy and found several ants crawling on me.. when I looked over at the other untouched bed it was INFESTED with ants! (See the pictures) and by the time i found my phone and took the pictures many of the ants scurried away.. I never ran from a hotel room so fast.. went to check out and tell the lady behind the counter, she seemed unsurprised and just said “I will let them know”. That was it. Never had such a bad experience at any hotel and will never ever step foot on this property again. I urge anyone thinking of staying here to find any other place.

I stayed here when I went to a concert at Mohegan Sun. Someone cut the Catalytic Converter off my car overnight. The front desk clerk just said, "we are not responsible for vehicles in the parking lot" and refused to give me the number the police. I filed a police report and they said yeah, it happens there, sorry. I finally talked to a manager at the hotel, and she at least comped my room for night if i didn't write a review about the incident. The $200 comp was a pittance compared to the $900 it cost to get a new catalytic converter put on the car. I am going back on my "ok" to the manager because the refund has processed and others deserve to know.
