Do not buy any time share from this place.. the service is horrible.. I been a owner since the 90s and today when I called t9 try to cancel since there is no extra days to book. I was hung up on the first said he would get the manager then I love i explain my frustration t9 the guy on the phone i was hung up on. Said I had no choice but to stay with my reservations. I honestly think he never got a manager extremely rude. I will never buy again anymore tome share it is tje biggest scame ever. Way I been treated at this property. I used to love this place people tjat now working behind the time share are rude and disrespectful. So just warning people not to buy it's changed so many owners over the years . Property is not fix up to today standards. Honestly they can do way better on remodeling the place. Only thing is nice is the pool. They don't even upgrade the pool bar what really needs to be updated the most. Poor workers put there in that heat year after year. Some of them been there for years. Those people are nice. This place is great for families! We rented a suite 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, with a couple other families. It was amazing their little kitchenette has just about everything. Enrique at the front desk was such amazing help! He was able to get all our families on the same floor and same building. I would come back every year. The pool was great my kids loved the slide even got me going down the slide. The lifeguards are vigilant and kind, I took my eyes off my kid for 30 seconds and they were already on it..they encourage life vests and even have some available. Get to the pool early to save yourself some seats. Such an amazing family friendly spot. Thank you to everyone!!

Hotel staff were nice and helpful Pool area and gym were nice However, if you’re looking for a good nights rest this may not be the right place. Walls are very thin. The rooms are outdated and missing helpful amenities. Decided to pay a little extra and stay at a quiet boutique hotel for the remainder of our desert stay

We love this been there for more than 10 years. A magical setting in the middle of serene desert.

We specifically booked this hotel for the water slides because we had stayed here previously and my son was allowed to ride them multiple times with no issue — including by the exact same lifeguard working today. This trip required a 3-hour drive for our family, and the slides were the main reason we chose this property over other hotels. Before booking, I even called ahead to confirm that my son would be able to enjoy the slides. At no point during that call was I informed of a height requirement, and nowhere clearly stated on the hotel’s website did we see any notice about a 48-inch minimum height requirement for the slides. Had this been clearly communicated beforehand, we absolutely would have booked elsewhere. Today, after arriving, we were suddenly told my son was “too short” despite being only 1/4 inch under the height requirement. He is devastated and has been crying because this was the entire reason for the trip. What makes this even more frustrating is the complete inconsistency in enforcement. If the rule had been enforced the same way during our previous stay, we would have known what to expect and booked somewhere else. To make matters worse, there was absolutely no management available onsite to help resolve the situation. No GM, no assistant GM, nobody. Front desk staff refused to contact anyone with authority to even discuss the issue or help find a reasonable solution. Jason and Olga were especially disappointing throughout this entire experience. Rather than showing empathy or attempting to de-escalate the situation, both came across dismissive and unhelpful during what was already an upsetting situation for our child and family. What was especially shocking was Olga’s “solution” to the problem. Her response was essentially that if we wanted to check out, she would refund us. This was on a Saturday during Mother’s Day weekend after we had already driven three hours to get there specifically for this experience. Where exactly were we supposed to go at that point? Pack up all of our belongings, scramble to find another hotel last minute during one of the busiest weekends of the year, and then deal with overcrowded pools and no seating elsewhere? The pool area itself was also chaotic and poorly managed. There were barely any chairs available because they decided to replace pool furniture on Mother’s Day weekend on a Saturday — one of the busiest weekends possible. The only reason we even got chairs was because maintenance staff stepped in and helped us. The website and onsite information are also inconsistent regarding pool hours. Signage says one thing while other information says another, which created even more confusion after already dealing with the slide issue. We also booked what was advertised as a suite for a family of six, yet it only had one bathroom. I genuinely do not understand how that setup is considered practical or comfortable for six people. Overall, this stay has been incredibly disappointing. Between the inconsistent enforcement of rules, lack of management presence, disorganized pool operations, misleading expectations, and poor communication, this experience did not come close to what was advertised or what we experienced during our last visit.

The rooms are older but they’re clean and well cared for. The pool and hot tubs are amazing and the poolside bar has amazing cocktails. We loved that it was super close to trails, downtown Palm Springs and beautiful views of the mountains!

This is the best place will stay here every tme i visit here!!!!
