Crudo Cervicheria Palm Springs

This place is no doubt 10/10. My favorite was crab enchiladas, is was outstanding. Camarones gallo was exceptional as well

This unsung little gem has become one our favorites in Palm Springs. After many visits, introducing guests to this place, and even purchasing gift cards for friends birthdays I think we can say we are numero uno fans. This kitchen truly knows what its doing with crudos, ceviches, etc.

- Crab meat enchiladas (6/5) - a must try! I'm not a big fan of enchiladas in general but this blew me away. The best enchiladas I've ever tried. This alone is worth visiting this restaurant. - Pork belly tacos (2.5/5) - two tacos for $22 seems really pricey. Their tacos were on the bigger side but the overall portion was still small. The pork is VERY sweet. Service was great and so was the atmosphere. Reminded me of upscale restaurants in Mexico City. I'll be back to eat more enchiladas and try other dishes next time I'm in Palm Springs!

I had a super delicious meal here. I've eaten ceviche many times, but never this good! You definitely have to try one of the cocktails here too!

My husband and I loved this place so much that we ended up coming back almost every day during our trip to Palm Springs. Everything was a 10/10 — from the service to the food and cocktails. The food felt elevated but still fun and flavorful, with great portions and really delicious flavor combinations. The margaritas were easily our favorite cocktails! Our server, Axel, made the experience even better. His charisma, great service, and overall vibe made us feel so comfortable and welcomed every time we visited. Our favorite dish was definitely the SURF & TURF tacos — highly recommend them! Thank you so much for such an amazing experience. We will definitely come back someday!

There needs to be a Crudo in every city - it’s that good! I love stumbling across amazing places and this is one of them! From the ambiance, the food and the drinks, this place is incredible. You will have a good time here for sure!!

Phenomenal experience. Everything we had was delicious. Oysters were fresh with a very tasty pico. The Ahi nachos and the Ranchero Ceviche were particularly delicious. Good prices for food and beer. Wait staff was knowledgeable and chill. Didn’t feel rushed at all. Beautiful setting on the pack patio with courtyard and mountain views. One of the best meals I’ve had in recent memory and truly a memorable experience. Will absolutely return the next time I’m in the valley.

Some of the best ceviche products - so unique and delicious! We enjoyed a number of different dishes - 4 total ceviche plates to split between the 4 of us. This was the perfect amount, and allowed us all to try a few different options. The service was excellent, and expectations exceeded. Highly recommended!
