Provincetown Carnival to największe pojedyncze wydarzenie w gay kalendarzu Provincetown — tydzień imprez tematycznych, otwarć galerii, wydarzeń kostiumowych i ulicznych obchodów kulminujących kostiumową paradą wzdłuż Commercial Street, która przyciąga 60 000 osób do miasteczka o 3 000 mieszkańców. Carnival odbywa się w trzecim tygodniu sierpnia i działa od 1978 roku.
