We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, it was great in terms of having plenty of room for myself and two children. The main areas of the hotel are in pretty good shape. The rooms could use a little touch up here and there, but pretty darn nice. We stayed on the 7th floor in a room with a view. It was a Friday night and we could hear all of the street traffic and talking, which went on pretty late into the night. The beds were comfy and I finally did manage to get some sleep, but it also helped that I had brought ear plugs with me. Penny at the front desk was super informative, professional, with a great demeanor. Thanks for hosting us.

Outstanding Service and Comfortable Stay During My Conference! I stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Winston-Salem in March 2026 while attending a conference, and it was an outstanding stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which is exactly what you want after a long day of meetings. What really made the experience stand out was the service. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive. A special thank you to Kaje, who was especially accommodating and went out of his way to make sure everything ran smoothly during my stay. I also want to recognize Bri and Keir at the bar and restaurant. They were clearly working very hard during a busy time, but you would never know it from their attitude. Their customer service was excellent. They stayed positive, handled multiple orders with ease, anticipated what guests needed, and truly went above and beyond what you typically see in many restaurants. I travel several times a month for business, and great service like this stands out. I will absolutely go out of my way to stay here again whenever my travels bring me through North Carolina. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Winston-Salem.

Great Location For Downtown Shopping, Dining, Strolling, And Convention Center Access: The Overall Service (Steven And Staff) And Flavorful Morning Breakfast Menu (Crew) Was Outstanding To Override Any Minor Concerns And Issues That Occurred.

Just stayed and this is the only hotel out of dozens I've taken the time to give a bad review. The hotel itself is decent. Good sized rooms. The girl that checked us in was great. The parking situation is confusing. You can't park at the hotel you have to park in a public deck and walk in and it's $25/day. The "quiet hours" rule they have is definitely not enforced because I had to call the desk because the room above us had kids running and jumping everywhere for hours. I finally called at 8:30 at night. They offered to move my family who were going to bed to another room if those people didn't be quiet which was a bogus solution. Then at breakfast because I didn't add my kids to my room when I booked through hotels.com because it's never been an issue they charged me for the breakfast. It's $10/kid and $18/adult for mediocre breakfast unless you want to stand in a line for an omelet to be made. We've stayed at tons of Hilton hotels as members and Embassy specifically and this has never been a problem. It was also not mentioned at check in when I still had an option to add them to the room. When I talked to the front desk guy about it he offered to comp 2 of them after going back and forth which again bogus solution since it was supposed to be a free breakfast either way. I mentioned I booked through hotels.com and I'd try to get them added. You would think they would have found a way to try to solve that to keep a long time memver happy but clearly Hilton as a brand is going downhill. Never staying here agin

The parking is confusing, expensive and rough.

From when I called to book, to when we left, we had a good experience. I was glad we stayed here again. (We stayed last year and it was good because it snowed the weekend we were there and the tunnel directly to the conference center is great!) The breakfast they have in the morning is great. My girls and I love the waffles and I like the omelettes that are made to order. If you’re in Winston-Salem and need to stay downtown, this is the best place!
