I’ve stayed at this hotel for about 7 weeks for work, and I’m very happy with my stays. They addressed my two room concerns I’ve had quickly. Roxanna was AMAZING when I left my phone in the room after checking out. She found a way to get in contact with both my job AND family to make sure someone notified me before my flight. I would highly recommend staying here.
I selected this hotel for an overnight based on reviews. It did not disappoint, I was greeted by the staff warmly on arrival. Roxanne checked me in and provided professional and courteous service. She also provided me with a rundown of dining options in the area. The room was quite, comfortable, clean with nice amenities and everything in the room worked well. The shower was my highlight, very roomy, all the soaps were provided and the water worked very well. The hotel is located in the heart of the city with easy access to everything in all directions. The breakfast was OK but you could tell it was all microwave and serve items. There were some various choices of items though. The coffee was the clear winner for me, always hot and fresh tasting. This would be my go to hotel in Sanford.

It’s an alright hotel I guess, definitely in need of renovations. Allegedly that’s what they’re trying to do right now, as all the amenities except for breakfast were closed. However, they only disclosed the pool closure on the website and nothing else. Very disappointing as I would’ve chosen elsewhere to stay had I known that. Tried to communicate this to the manager before we left but she just gave me sarcasm and excuses. Wish I caught the name of the lady who worked the front desk when we checked in though, because she was kind, fantastic and provided much better service. It’s kinda tucked behind a gas station and a PDQ in a really odd spot. However, it’s centrally located in Sanford so it’s easy access to fast food, a handful of local restaurants and grocery stores. We mostly picked this because we had people to visit in Raleigh and Fayetteville and wanted a happy medium. Otherwise, not a whole lot to do around there. TL;DR I probably wouldn’t come back but if you’re in a pinch like we are it’s fine I guess.

Room and location was great. Staff helpful. I didn't rest because there were kids roaming the halls, stomping, slamming doors as early as 730 nobody addressed it.
