Awesome place to stay! The room was spacious and clean. The staff pays great attention to detail! (They somehow made flowers out of the tissues and cute bows out of the toilet paper? Very creative!) The folks at the front desk were really sweet and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good! Would stay there again!

When checking into the hotel, Gwen was an extraordinary help. She went out of her way. To accommodate. With a smile. Hire more like Gwen.

Stayed here for a week for work. Room was and bed was comfortable. It was quiet and clean. The staff was frendly and pleasant. There were renovations going on so a few things were closed but nothing that was in the way or loud. The location was very convenient to where i needed to be for work, restaurants, and stores. It was a nice place to stay.

The check-in & check-out are a breeze. The hotel & rooms are clean and the staff is super friendly!!

Rooms are very nice, although we were completely stumped about how to turn on the one table lamp. You’d think in our 3 day stay we could have figured it out, but no 😂 amazingly friendly staff, but the real winner is the location. It’s so peaceful and relaxing here, excellent place to stay! Edit to include the ONLY downside I forgot to mention: our room was an adjoining room, and whoever was in the other half of it was a VERY early riser. 3:30/3:45 the music or slot machine app (?? You know who you are room 126 on Easter weekend) would start, and the light would shine under the door. I would think some kind of foam trim or something on the door at the very least would make it better when guests are not using the adjoining room feature. Awful if you’re a light sleeper like me.

Yael Lopez was absolutely amazing! From his patience to his customer service, hospitality, promptness, and politeness, everything was top tier. He is truly a standout employee, and I will definitely be returning whenever I visit family. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the free popcorn was a great touch. Loved it!

Convention spot for me and the fam. Thermostat in our room broke during our visit however the staff quickly found an alternate room that we could move to.

The rooms were nice, clean and cozy. The best part of this hotel is the staff. Very friendly and polite folks. They made the stay here a great time. I know where I'll stay from now on when I roll through Sanford NC! Big shout out to Roxanna at the front desk. Good job!
