Red Roof Inn Sanford

The only positive thing about this hotel was the simple and easy check inn as I prepaid for the room. when I checked in I initially noticed the cleanliness of the room wasn’t up to par. The duvet had burns in them and the fitted sheet was dirty. Also to add insult to injury none of the outlets out of the 6-7 in the room worked..the only outlet that worked was the one under the television. It says the proper was renovated but I beg to differ. I didn’t say anything last night because we had drove a long way already to it would’ve been a huge inconvenience to switch rooms.

Clean rooms, didn't see any bugs. Lady at front desk kinda rude but other workers were nice. Toilet clogged up....

I just stayed there for 5 days to many. Bathroom was out dated. Screw holes it wall from a missing towel bar. The bed it self was a little comfortable, but the pillows sucked. They were very flat. You only 2 very thin sheets that had no comfort to them. The sink faucet leaked water and the soap dispenser on the wall kept leaking all over the floor. We told them about the issues but nothing was fixed. The room had a musty smell so I had to get a candle. The office lady was kinda rude. We didn't have enough towels. When I asked for more I got drilled why I needed them. There was only 2 and I had 3 people. Of you don't care about quality it's OK. Next I will do something more in town and better. Oh ya the wifi kept dropping so the T.V wouldn't work.

This place was a huge disappointment. The floors were filthy dirty. I spilled water and wiped it up and the towel was black. Asked for extra towels because there wasn't enough in the room & got asked a bunch of questions as to why I needed more. Towels were paper thin on top of it. Found live bugs in the tub plus the soap dispenser leaked all over the floor which I reported. The bed spread was more of a sheet. Rooms were very tacky. I couldn't believe what I saw. Very unfriendly staff and over all very dirty. Owners clearly don't care. Ruined my desire to ever stay in a Red Roof Inn.

Got in late at 11:40 key doesn’t work to the door go all the way back up there, new key go back IT ALSO DOESNT WORK I have work 6am and there wasting 40mins Guy never gets off the phone
