Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Joshua Tree National Park

Bad service. Checked in, dropped stuff off, had a guest and got kicked out. They watch you like a hawk here. Never planned to keep the guest but the minute we walked in the door from having dinner we were called and told we had to leave or one of us 3 at least had to go. Do not recommend this place to stay if you plan on having a visitor for an hour or so.

Do not waste your money !!! All the themed rooms have mold and the owners won’t refund you . Scammers!

Worst experience of my life with renting a room. Manager and his wife has no clue what they were doing. I ended up getting my deposit back and leaving after a few hours. You get 0 privacy because the manager is constantly walking around telling people what to do. I got the room to use the pool and paid for 2 people. My sister came to swim during the day and then left and then my husband came after work and the manager said he couldn’t be there even tho my sister had left and wasn’t coming back and I told him earlier that day and he said it was fine. I also watched him charge a family $20 each kid to swim in the pool. Save your money and stay somewhere else

2 Roaches inside the room, I asked for another room and Manager just came and fumigated. Circuit breaker tripped when using inside the room spa and microwave. I will not come here again. Not recommended.
