Spa Excellent

I cannot speak of the facility, as I haven't made use of it. However I can tell the service is garbage. Called in with a query, and was told to email, was also told email turn around time is usually an hour(can take longer on weekends). Also left my phone number to be reached on. Well two emails later and 4 days later, still no reponse.🫠 Ended up at another spot. Edit: You must be joking. I honestly do not believe you would just openly lie like this. You never emailed or called. Only call from me happened to someone working the front desk. I called in explaining the urgency of my situation. I asked the worker at the time if there was a way to talk to the mamager/owner. She advised that they are not it. When asked if she coukd have a chat with them, she said that if she were to call the owners, they would get really upset at her for calling them on a Sunday. She advised me to email in, and that the turn around time is usually around an hour. If emailed multiple times with no response. I left my phone number on which I could be reached but no call. Edit 2 It seems like you are missing the point, where I was advised to email in, and would receive a reply within an hour. Never happened. I left a call back number. Never got called back. What kind of service is this where even a worker is saying she can't contact the owner/manager or they will get upset.

Surprised by my husband yesterday. Enjoyed it for 4 hours. It was clean and tidy. And the hostess was very friendly. Small feedback: perhaps place a bell inside in case anything is needed. And a clock to keep track of the time. Worth repeating 😍

My experience with Spa Excellent is extremely positive. I have visited this private spa several times now and have consistently been very satisfied with the service and facilities provided. The owner is exceptionally friendly, hospitable, and professional, which immediately contributes to a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Additionally, the spa is very clean and well-maintained. All amenities function properly, including the hammam and sauna, which makes the stay extra comfortable. During my visits, I have consistently experienced optimal peace and relaxation. Spa Excellent is therefore a location I can wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality and well-cared-for wellness experience.
