We had a very pleasant stay. The room was lovely and clean, the staff incredibly friendly, and Daria in particular made a very positive impression. The breakfast was delicious and the portion size was just right. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which could have been a bit better. Overall, though, we definitely recommend it!

The hotel was very well located, staff was great and Daria was super friendly and helpful, they even gave us a fan!! Recommended!

A wonderfully cozy little hotel in the old town of Bern! Hotel Nydeck has a warm and very personal atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent – beautifully arranged with a small personal plate of bread, marmalade, and cold cuts. Special thanks to Dahlia, who was incredibly service-minded, friendly, and attentive. She asked how I had slept and offered help with buses and transport – a really thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!

The hotel has an excellent location, which makes getting around very easy. However, the facilities leave something to be desired, especially regarding the room heating, which is insufficient and compromises the comfort of the stay. Another significant negative point is the breakfast time, served only from 8:00 AM. For those traveling for tourism or work, it's common to leave early to meet commitments or make better use of the day. During my business trip, I couldn't have breakfast at the hotel on any of the days. The same thing happened when I was in Rome as a tourist, which caused inconvenience and reduced the cost-benefit of the accommodation.

Right in the center. You can walk here from the train station without getting wet in the rain. Perfect service. Thanks, Victor.

Beautiful building, great location, and a special thank you to the employee Victor, who was always very kind and attentive and helped us from check-in by speaking in Spanish to make it easier to understand, since my English isn't the best. Thank you, Victor.

If a restaurant/hotel has great service, it is not called "Restaurant/Hotel with great service", but "Hotel Nydeck".
