This hotel is definitely not a 3 star hotel, at best 2.5. The rooms are not well maintained and by far the worst internet connection I’ve experienced during many years of travel in Europe. The complimentary breakfast is below average, the coffee machine is very poor. They don’t automatically offer the free transportation pass, you have to ask. On the positive side the front desk staff (Mikail)and Darea, who serves breakfast are excellent employees,very nice and friendly. The location is also good. Could easily become a solid 3 star hotel if owner would invest. As a retired hotel manager, I wish I could recommend this hotel just because of the nice staff. But I can’t.
