JW Marriott Lima provided one of the finest hotel experiences we have had in recent years. After an exhausting day of significant flight delays, we arrived at the hotel tired, only to be immediately welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Mary Carman, in particular, stood out for her gracious demeanor and thoughtful assistance. She made us feel cared for from the very beginning and set the tone for an exceptional stay. The Club Lounge was truly outstanding, offering excellent lunch, and dinner service each day. We especially appreciated the Friday evening sushi selection, which was a delightful touch. As Titanium members, we were upgraded to a beautiful ocean-view room, and we were deeply grateful for both the late checkout and the extended lounge access that allowed us to comfortably wait for our late-night flight. What impressed us most, however, was the consistency of the hospitality throughout the property. Every member of the staff — at the front desk, in the restaurants, and in the lounge — was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Our stay exceeded expectations in every respect. We left feeling rested, valued, and sincerely appreciative of the care we received. We would enthusiastically recommend JW Marriott Lima to our friends, family, and colleagues, and we look forward to returning in the future.

What a beautiful place. The service and experience was out of this world
