Excellent location, very friendly staff, highly recommend
This was one of the better hotels I stayed at in Peru. The shower was large, hot, and strong. The breakfast was decent. The room was clean, with a large, king sized bed (but a little firm, as all in Peru are) but had wonderful pillows. There is a safe in the room, which seemed to be rare in Peru. The location is great, walkable to everything in Miraflores and only about a block and a half to Parque Kennedy. The airport bus is about half a km walk away. They held my bags on checkout with no problem
The receptionists speak fluent English and have good prices
We loved everything. Cozy room with an excellent bed, essential breakfast, and great service! Super well located!
We spent 3 nights here and found the rooms, service and breakfast delightful. Nice and central for town so we could access anywhere easily. Would highly recommend.
The good: the bed was very comfortable and the room had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was simple but complete, and all the staff were very friendly. The location was quite good! The bad: we had a room on the 8th floor, and from early morning we could hear chairs being dragged from the restaurant and a lot of noise from the bars across the street; it was difficult to sleep.
We stayed here twice, once at the beginning and once at the end of our trip to Peru. The first time everything was fine, but the second time the staff was rude, the breakfast buffet wasn't replenished, we had no hot water for two days, and the room was practically dark (a small window facing the courtyard, which was itself darkened). Even after contacting reception several times, no solution was offered; we were simply given the runaround. The check-in process was poor; we had to wait over an hour, and there was no communication whatsoever.
