Great service and good rooms!

One of the best hotels near the city! The hotel is affordable, clean, and very convenient. David was very accommodating and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Great value for money. Highly recommended!

Room 301 is the room to book if you are appreciate the view over the city towards the Coat-hanger. I didn't have this room but did have a balcony over looking Oxford street. Staff are very nice, rooms are old but so is the building. No lift, so stairs only. Small hotel of 11 rooms and plenty of 24 hour (or very late night) eateries right outside the door. Tacos across the road, pizza and Thai next block down. Hyde Park a few minutes walk and bus stop to anywhere across the road. Bus 333 worked well for me. Security to building is excellent with PIN codes for entrance and personal room doors.

The room service was great... so was the historical location... that said... the stairs suck and there is no lift!

Budget friendly hotel close to Hyde park and main sightseeing The rooms are very spacious, clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff was always friendly and welcoming, they also have great shuttle service to airport. Highly recommended

Everything is perfect than I expected. The staff was so kind and the room was so clean and nice. hopefully I will visit one day again

My friend and I booked this hotel for two nights once we got to the hotel we tried turning on our tv when it did turn on it looked pixelated like something has been thrown at it,talked to the staff who was on at the time they said they would have the new tv coming the sheets were more a slight cream then white had a few stains on them when it was time to go to bed a few hours in both myself and my friend started to become very itch on our legs,arms,back and hands either bed bugs or scabies on those sheets next morning had rash like bumps extremely itchy and sore before we went out the next morning asked the staff when the tv is coming the said that afternoon by the time we got back around 2/3 tv had not been renewed or replaced so they had lied and done absolutely nothing about it,the window glass was about to pop out of the window lining so that’s a safety hazard if kids are near the window looking out and press on the glass,other then that it is in the middle of Sydney which many bars,shops and food stores are around but I would not be returning anytime soon 😡

Nice clean hotel. If you want to have the room and place for yourself get the room on the roof. You will get the view of the harbour bridge as well.

Great hotel, very clean and very close to the center. Perfect for a few nights. Highly recommended.
