The location is good and the room is nice, but it is too complicated and there are too few elevator floors.

Dorsett Wuhan Hotel

A hotel in a very lively area, day and night. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. The staff struggles a bit with English (as is common in China), but they are all very welcoming. We spent a week at this hotel, and all the major attractions and key sites in the city are nearby. A spa service that comes directly to your room is available (although quite expensive). Breakfast is really good, all-you-can-eat, and very peaceful. The only downside is that you need to be familiar with Chinese apps (speaking and understanding them is necessary). The gym is surprisingly good for what it is. We weren't expecting it, and it's truly impressive: an incredible view of Wuhan, free bottled water and towels, and the entire complex is monitored and secure. The reception staff understand very little English. The floor carpet in the room & especially corridor areas look old & somewhat dirty. The heat pump thermostat in the 1st room we got wasn't working so the room was very cold. We asked to have the room changed - the lady staff was very nice & gave us 3 rooms to choose from. Another staff from Housekeeping was quite rude when we asked her how to operate the thermostat when she delivered some pillows. The location was excellent! Really enjoyed the shopping all around the hotel eventhough there were hugh crowd! Going to Wuhan airport via metro was easy, about 16 stops & cost ¥7 only whereas taxi cost ¥100+.

It's pretty good value for money, I think it's great. I booked a 5-day, 4-night trip including flights and hotels.

Good service, good interior, surrounded by Jianghan commercial street and small food street.

Great location. The facilities are a bit old and sound isolation is really bad. I could hear the street from 14th floor and also my neighbor.

This hotel has a great location. Wuhan Pedestrian Street is right below the hotel, with shops and stalls selling a wide variety of clothes, shoes, bags, socks, cell phone accessories, and more. However, the hotel's facilities are dated, with the floor coverings peeling a bit. The toilet flush is traditional, but it's clean. The bed is large and comfortable. This hotel wins by its location.

It is a nice and clean hotel. Very centralised. There are three 24 hour convenience stores nearby (Lawson, Codow and Today). Apart from that, there are many small stalls in close proximity to the hotel. The room was good and the hot water worked well. One thing I did not like was the breakfast spread. It was very basic and the tastes was average. Other that the breakfast spread, everything was great.
