It is not a small hotel, but the ambience is very personal and friendly. We arrived at 12 o'clock, and our room was not ready, so the manager offers us a cup of coffee on the house. The room is not very big but very pleasant, and the materials are all first-class from the bed and bed linens to the massive door. Breakfast is not a buffet, but they serve a big fresh salad, excellent coffee, fresh-pressed juice, and a delicious choice of eggs and fresh-baked bread and croissants. The pool on the roof is very nice and quiet. The service is outstanding.

Great location, thoughtfully designed rooms, friendly staff (at least they try hard). Hotel makes an extra effort to accommodate Shabbat observers (rare for TLV) and flexible with room departure. Overall, much better than staying at large beachfront hotels.

Stayed 6 nights late August for a family wedding. Hotel was excellent, modern, stylish and clean. Rooftop pool was perfect, sometimes a little crowded but better than expected for a city hotel pool. Breakfast was amazing, as was the service. We couldn't decide between the big older chain hotels on the beachfront and this boutique one in Neve Tzedek, but we made an excellent choice. Area is very lively at night and feels more where locals hang out, which we prefer. Only 10-15 minute walk to beachfront and Carmel market. Would definitely stay again.

Very disappointed we being in the hotel yesterday the service was very bad the room was not clean the shower was broken.we been with the group from American Express . The restaurant in the hotel was amazing and very tasty The lecture of wine was great
