Not to come!!! Can't call it a hotel!! The rooms are dark, there is no light in the room. After our complaints, they brought us a lamp that barely lit the room. Rooms with an unpleasant smell of cleaning material but stinking The curtain is so dirty it's already black. The bathroom and shower are small. The walls on the balcony are broken. The hotel is located inside an office building, on the second floor there are rooms of the hotel on the third floor. Take a very expensive price for nothing.

There were no soaps and parts and we had to ask three times until they brought us, the TV was stuck, full of mosquitoes, there's barely hot water, the air conditioner doesn't work on cold and when I asked for help from the officer I was treated poorly, the screen of the air conditioner and the converter flashes all night and it interferes with sleep. In short not recommended.

We arrived with two mothers with four children, we were promised close rooms and when we arrived we were told there was no possibility and we got 2 rooms not even on the same floor! Only after an hour we complained again they gave us the same floor but not close at all. The rooms are stinky, the shower is just a coat, the bathroom is like an airplane (the same sound) When you turn on the shower water or the sink there is a scary noise, the children were afraid to approach the bathroom - where the joggers also travel - see the attached photo.

We wanted a room with a balcony. We paid more. Only it can't be called a balcony. The whole room was a meter on a meter, the hotel was old, the shower was dirty When we arrived they brought us a ticket to the room, only they were wrong in the room, the cleaners were still there (they couldn't clean everything) there was one towel It's just awful, not getting close to this hotel. We booked the room for two nights. We left the day before because it was unbearable.

Room was freezing and be warned no heating in the room on a cold night! 1hr waiting , 2 calls , not understanding and finally told they don’t even have a portable heater and tv not working Absolutely pathetic and rude We had a similar issue before with another lighthouse - no heating in winter

I've never seen such a low level. Shame and shame! Lies and falsehoods in pictures and prices are inflated. It's shocking when you come and hear what's going on there. You have to sue them because it's a hoax. As soon as we saw it, we stumbled, we took the money and we returned home to the north. It's paranoia and ill-learning that came from a distance not to mention psychic.

We visited the Lighthouse Brown Hotel in Tel Aviv for a birthday we took 2 rooms for a couple and 3 adult children. The lobby and all the rooms are dark as well as the bathroom and the dining room. The feeling of the cheapest cottage. Everything is dirty and stinky from the lobby entrance to the rooms and the dining room (if lights are on, you will really see how dirty the place is). At breakfast there is a choice only a pity that the dirt and smells instead removed the desire to eat. On the 16th floor, this eco-toilet means terrible, unpleasant noise and the water doesn't go down, so everything floats. Not to mention sea views with dirty windows full of sand and dust that cannot be opened or seen through. The receptionists are indifferent and seem to be accustomed to harsh criticism and no longer excited. The hotel must have been pretty in its early days, but it quickly lost it. It's a shame because we paid a lot of money and we just wanted to run away... My birthday party husband was very disappointed. In no way recommend taking a room even not free!!!

Hello everyone. My wife and I stayed for 1 night including breakfast. We paid 1,700 NIS. And at a time when there weren't many people, the rooms were not clean and broken! And this was after we moved to a different room because the previous one was really broken! Even the TV didn't work properly! And the breakfast wasn't served hot and fresh! There are cheaper and much better hotels than this!!!!.

My review is mainly about spa in this hotel, but also about hotel's reception. We booked spa to celebrate birthday in a company of friends. When we came, spa reception was empty, no one explained to us where is what and didn't give us towels, etc. until we asked for it. There is no changing room, so we were offered to undress in the toilet that is only one. Also no real shower, also only one that was combined with toilet. In toilet I saw half-alive cockroach... Massage was super light so I barely felt it. Jacuzzi was dirty, its walls were sticky, and the water was smelly. Sauna didn't have a door so you can't really use it. When we asked on hotel's reception (as there was no one on spa's reception) about open jacuzzi, we were told that it's too small and 2 people can't fit in. All of this doesn't match the description about the spa that I was given when I made reservation. Due to this bad experience, we decided to cancel the second treatment, so I went to discuss it with hotel's reception. There was a girl called Adva, and she interrupted me multiple times while I was talking and also said something like "you hear what I tell you" that is unacceptable. What is even more unacceptable for reception in such level of hotel, is that Adva corrected my Hebrew when I made a mistake... To sum up, birthday was ruined, and I would never consider Lighthouse in Tel Aviv even as a hotel. I stayed once in Brown hotel in Jerusalem, and it was a great experience. But here this treatment on hotel's reception just killed me. On a positive side, the breakfast in the hotel was great, and also hotel's manager Kirill helped us to communicate with spa (that is managed by a different company) and cancel half of planned treatments without fee.

Shocking in one word!! We arrived at the hotel. We got an incorrect room. A card doesn't work. Refrigerator doesn't work. Air conditioner and phone. A choked room. I asked to change a room. Like a really simple warehouse hide that you book a hotel room and should chase to get a normal Syrian service and room but really disappointing!!!!
