Great location! Rooms are small, typical for Japan. I’d stay here again. Definitely not big enough for more than one person if staying longer than a day or two.

Great hotel, perfectly located, the staff are very friendly and the rooms are modern. Nothing to complain about.

This hotel is not recommended due to a poor service. Breakfast ends at 10 but at 9:55 the breakfast bar was being cleared, and there was no stuff available to assist with milk for cereal. After waiting, I asked a staff member returning from elsewhere for milk. She looked at her watch and said it was past 10, noting 10:02. About 10 minutes later, a couple arrived at the bar requesting milk, after glancing at me, the servers handed milk to them and then to me as well(after I asked again). This inconsistency in service was surprising. Additionally, another staff member’s attitude during at check-in was disappointed. Overall, this ranks among the bottom three experiences I’ve had in term of service.

Hotel in a great location There is a happy hour and croissants and yogurt for breakfast and hot drinks all the time. Rooms cleaned every morning Bottle of water in the rooms every day and you can take it yourself. Wonderful service, highly recommend

Really loved this hote! Service was beyond perfect and they have a very generous Happy Hour from 1700-2100. Location very good for Shinjuku

I thought this hotel had lots of upsides especially for the price. Great location in Shinjuku. It is around the corner from the heavy night life so you don't have to fall right into it if you don't want to. *Free water bottles always out at the front desk! So nice! *Free donuts and hot chocolate all day! We loved that:) (also coffee) *Breakfast was and assortment of tasty pastries, donuts and a small but great yogurt spread every morning is included! This was great! *They always have to go boxes available for you to grab and go if needed. So convenient! *Free use of umbrellas when needed! So thoughtful! Coin laundry open 24 hours worked well. Like all rooms in Tokyo, rooms are on the smaller side but they were well stocked with refrigerator, safe, hot water pot and toiletries. The hotel is doesn't seem like it had been updated recently but doesn't seem overly old. Either way it was very clean. And the furnishings seemed like they may have been updated at some point. Staff was very nice. Someone always spoke English. Lots of places nearby to grab or sit down for food. Would stay here again.

We stayed here for 8 nights and would definitely recommend Bespoke Hotel Shinjuku for a stay in Tokyo. The location in Shinjuku is ideal: close to restaurants, shops, and public transport, yet just quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. The rooms are compact, as is often the case in Tokyo, but very clean and practically furnished. Our room was surprisingly quiet, especially for this lively neighborhood. Additionally, the hotel has a nice, cozy atmosphere, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. The lobby and extras such as free water and drinks (happy hour) in the evening also made the stay extra pleasant. For anyone looking for a modern hotel with good value for money in Shinjuku, this is definitely highly recommended.

Room 701 - Delux Double Suite was snug. Not great for large luggage. No outlook. Quiet though. Bed against the wall.

This place is truly amazing! The donuts are incredibly delicious from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. You can also enjoy all-you-can-drink beer from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The water pressure, air conditioning, and WiFi speed are all fantastic.

Great location. Staff does the best they can. Clean rooms and toiletries. Super small rooms with nearly improvised bathrooms and thin walls. Free continental breakfast and happy hour. Wouldn’t pay full price.
