Hamilton Hotel

Hamilton Hotel sits on Itaewon-ro next to Itaewon station (Line 6), and for gay visitors its location is the whole point: Homo Hill, the steep lane of gay bars on Usadan-ro 12-gil, starts just behind the building, so you can walk back from the bars in two or three minutes. It is a large, older mainstream hotel rather than a design property, with around 4.0 stars from roughly 1,500 Google reviews; guests mostly praise the location and mention dated rooms and street noise on weekend nights. Book it for convenience, not charm.
