Clean rooms, a small spa area, good breakfast, and very friendly staff. From reception to the cleaning team. A great 3-day stay for us. We were in Graz for sightseeing and the Fellow Ride motorcycle demonstration and were very satisfied. Ideally accessible by bus, and shops and restaurants nearby. There's also a swimming pool. We'd gladly stay again.

My stay at Hotel Stoiser Graz was an absolutely perfect experience and deserves full marks. I arrived by motorcycle at 6:30 pm and received an exceptionally friendly and highly professional welcome. Special praise goes to the reception staff, who promptly prepared a roll for me when I arrived, satisfying my small hunger. This is exactly what excellent service and genuine hospitality look like. The accommodation itself is also impressive across the board. The room was very large, completely quiet, and impeccably clean, ensuring a truly relaxing stay. The bathroom was equally spacious and offered a great deal of comfort. Another real highlight was the breakfast buffet, which was absolutely flawless. The selection was fantastic, the quality of the regional products outstanding, and it left nothing to be desired for a perfect start to the day. The entire complex combines business comfort and wellness in a very pleasant way. For motorcycle travelers and anyone who values ​​first-class service, a superb breakfast, and comfort, this hotel is an absolute top recommendation in Graz. 😄👌

A wonderful, quiet, and comfortable place. Great saunas with a relaxation area. Very good breakfasts starting early in the morning. As always, the service is fantastic and helpful. I love coming back here. I highly recommend it!

The staff was friendly and smiling, the room was clean and spacious, the parking was ample, and the breakfast was delicious. The reception was a pleasant surprise; we managed to communicate in Polish. I recommend it.

A lovely hotel on the outskirts of Graz with good connections to the city center. Immaculate rooms, good breakfast, and very friendly staff – we would gladly return.

I stayed at the hotel from Monday to Wednesday and I must say I was delighted by the friendliness and helpfulness of the team. A special thank you to Leonie for providing such precise information about public transport in Graz, which isn't always easy for a visitor. Since I have to eat gluten-free, this was also very well and thoughtfully accommodated. The spa area is cozy, and I was lucky enough to have it all to myself. Small snacks are available in the evening, and breakfast is plentiful and very attractively presented. Nothing is lacking. The surrounding area is also very enriching. There's a forest in the hinterland where you could spend the whole day walking, with many paths and trails, and thanks to the KOMOOT app, I always found my way back. The basilica is about a 15-minute walk away and is very impressive. So, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and congratulate the hotel manager and his team.

What a welcome! Extremely kind and friendly, and I felt truly welcome. I was looking for a hotel closer to the hospital, but dear people, this hotel won me over again. This is my fourth time staying here, and each time I'm overwhelmed by the feeling of kindness and warmth. No matter who's at reception, everyone is very attentive and friendly. Thank you so much for that. The rooms with bathrooms! They are large, very clean, and have everything you need. Perhaps a power strip for various USB ports would be great. Otherwise, everything is perfect and simply makes you feel at home. This time, I also treated myself to several visits to the sauna, which is located in the hotel. What can I say? Everything is there! A very tastefully furnished wellness area surprised me. In addition to the sauna, there was a steam room, an infrared cabin, a detox room, and a relaxation room with six loungers. A solarium is also available. The breakfast! The morning starts off very pleasantly. The breakfast is so lovingly and appetizingly presented, and nothing is missing. Many thanks to the kitchen staff! In conclusion: Value for money: 5 stars Friendliness: 7+ stars Cleanliness: 6+ stars Anyone looking for a hotel in Graz should definitely stay here, because you won't find this much better value anywhere else! The staff was very friendly. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was adequate. We had trouble sleeping. There was street noise, and you could hear everything from the hallway because the doors weren't airtight. Then there was the problem with the heating; it knocked loudly all night. The sauna area was too short on weekends; we couldn't use it.
