Lovely spacious room (n°10), comfortable, clean, quiet and at a reasonable price. Delicate little touches in the room like the tea and coffee machines and the biscuits for breakfast. Beautiful large, fully equipped shared kitchen. In the immediate vicinity of the city center and the train station.

Excellent, nothing to say!

It's Dec and late Friday afternoon. And the wall unit heat did not work. Nor the bathroom. A plug-in oil heater was the only provision. (hinting that this was a known problem) The TV did not work well. One light by the bed was just a bulb. The walls are very thin based on the booming music we heard from next door. The bed looked comfortable, the shared kitchen might have been okay, the walk up 5 flights of stairs (no elevator) was well lit. Key code building entry and room key worked fine. I did send a message through booking.com about the heat. The reply was, "Did you turn it on?" (Yes, we googled the instructions) The next reply was that they'd look at it. BUT, knowing there is no onsite personnel to fix things promptly, we left to find a hotel that had a warmer, more livable room for the weekend. We ate the cost. This place can be suitable for people who can walk stairs, have very basic expectations and a small budget.

Clean, parking is no problem on weekends, everything is within walking distance, with a shared kitchen, good value for money.

We arrived late just to sleep and leave. The window was open, so it was very cold. There was no way to turn up the heat, which even decreased during the night. We had to sleep in our thick sweaters and jackets. A rather unpleasant smell when we entered the room. It's good just to get through the night. Rituals product. It wasn't easy to find, so we drove around for 5 minutes at 1 a.m.

Very well located, close to the train station and the city center. We got a parking space right in front (paid parking). A self-service kitchen is available. The bed is comfortable and well soundproofed. We recommend it for people who want to spend a few days in Namur!

Excellent value for money. We had a lovely room with a beautiful view and absolutely no problems. Close to the city center, the citadel, and the train station, the location is perfect. It's 100% self-service, so there's no contact with anyone, and I wouldn't know who to talk to if there were any issues.
