We stayed at this accommodation as a group of five for a weekend in Namur. The fact that each of us had our own bedroom and private bathroom was a real plus and perfectly met our expectations. The arrival and departure times were convenient, and we appreciated the tokens provided for coffee. A common room for meals was also a nice feature. However, there were a few drawbacks. A strong sewage smell lingered in my room throughout our stay. Despite several attempts to alleviate the odor by running water, I had to sleep with the window open because it was so unpleasant. The refrigerator in the common room also didn't seem cold enough. Finally, parking can be difficult. We had to park in a paid underground car park in the city center and walk a short distance to the accommodation. Overall, it's not a high-end accommodation, but for a stay with friends where everyone wants their own private space, it could be suitable, provided that the few inconveniences are corrected.

Terrible sewer smells, a very unsavory crowd, and drug problems (cannabis, unbearable odor). Rather poorly located (except for those wanting to go to the train station) and noisy. The only positive points: decent bedding and a reasonable price.
If you're looking for a pleasant stay, don't come here! I felt unsafe as soon as I arrived in the common area. A completely drugged-up person was downstairs waiting for something with another person, which made me feel very uncomfortable. As a young woman traveling alone, I asked the owners if it was possible to cancel my second night, explaining the circumstances. They refused, telling me to make sure I locked my room and to call them in case of emergency (in an emergency, I would call 112). The walls are paper-thin and the insulation is terrible; you can hear everything, especially since it's right on a main boulevard and opposite the railway tracks. It feels like a squat for teenagers who have no respect for the neighbors and don't hesitate to make noise, smoking joints (the smell woke me up both nights). So don't be surprised when you enter the room to see your open windows and a pleasant scent of essential oils; this is to mask the smell, along with any sewer odors coming from the bathroom. One star for the comfortable bedding.
